Big thing about this diff is that the consistency of the map is weird. You have a combination of long sliders, and then 1/2 everywhere, so it's not actually easier, just has more random weird parts.

A lot of the issues come from the fact that there's not a whole lot of consistency, especially in lower diffs, which is a common problem for newer mappers. Sometimes, I'll feel like I'm playing a hard, and other times, I feel like I'm playing an easy. Work on having a more centralized idea of how a map plays and what will be the ranges of difficulty per map. For the insanes, jumps should have a purpose. Otherwise, don't put them in, and leave it on regular spacing. I will look into that more

2. try to keep NCs consistent. they should be on every big white tick for the entire map. or you can make it every two big white ticks for the entire map, depending on how much hp drain you have. new combos are used to gain health back. you also dont want to make the number of notes in 1 combo too high. the only exceptions to the consistent NC thing stated above would be if there was a reading problem in the map and the colors help differentiate things. i dont think theres anyhting like that in this diff tho
3. make the DS for streams consistent? keep it at 1 set DS. 01:19:058 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - 1.0x is a good distance imo
4. 00:04:475 (3) - make this face the other way for better flow? if the change is done, you may also want to consider making 00:04:919 (4) - face the other way to retain the sort of back and forth flow you had before.

I will be straightforward: I don't think this mapset can be ranked without an overall rework. The main reason is the mapping style, it seems "old", as beatmaps made in 2010 ~ 2011 (actually some parts reminds me a lot this beatmap from 2009!) I don't judge it at all, but logically it will be very hard to rank this mapping imo style because now the style is different, it has evolved.
I can only give you an advice about this (sorry Amasuro but to you espacially), it's to play more recent maps. Even if you don't know any songs, listen to the preview on the web and select the ones you prefer, you will see most of the time that there is some differences with your map style. And if you already did that, try to focus while playing recent maps on what you like: which patterns are used, how sliders are curved, how objects are placed to each other... I'm not a pro mapper, I don't have any ranked beatmap, but I feel I really quickly progress in my own mapping style with this exercise.

[Normal]
As I said in General it looks a lot like an old map style, so I can't really mod it... But I noticed things you do that are not used (or few) in good recent maps:
- series of circles, more or less geometrically placed. Exemples: 00:32:640 (2,3,4,5,6) | 00:39:126 (1,2,3,4,5,6) | 01:18:045 (3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3) Furthermore this is not recommended for a Normal diff in my opinion.
- objects that seem randomly placed: 00:52:504 (1,2,3,4,5) | 00:58:586 (1,2,3,4,5)
- huge simple curved sliders that fit with any other objects: 00:41:153 (1) | 00:45:815 (2) I mean these ones are just here to make a link between two circles, but you can do funnier things with it!

You surely already know this method. You can improve a slider blanket by using near objects' hitcircles as a mark. Exemple:

3. 00:40:747 (4,1) - With these two objects, I suggest you to interchange them by highlighting them, then doing CTRL+G. By doing this, the rhythm would be better and if you do it, add a new combo on the new (4) and delete the new combo on the new (1) to keep the same combo consistency. Like you can see for this difficulty, I didn't point nazi stuffs. With what I will say now, please look at this difficulty:
Don't force the spacing to make jumps, it might look terrible is suddently, you put a jump and then you come back to your normal spacing consistency, like pointed with that star pattern.
For the hitsounds, don't overuse it neither. Having too much hitsounds will sound very bad.
I've gone through it and changed all the parts where I added jumps just so the patterns would look more spaced out.

Also, concerning the hitsounds, I quite like how the clap spam sounds at certain parts of the song, so I didn't change anything with hitsounds for now.

Consider this for your Insane difficulty, too (:
