-I'd love to see more combo colors that aren't purple, maybe blue or red?

Your insane has not really an insane difficulty beacause there's any circle/sliders on blue ticks, only SV and last Circles might be think it's an insane. That's why i suggest 2 littles spinners.

About tags, Ps is useless because search engine only process tags with 3or+ characters. Ps2 is a better choice.
Combo colour 1 and 2 is very similar, and you may want to switch their order.

"Insomniac Games" : They are the creators of that game.
"HD Trilogy" ? It was used on that game trilogy on PS3. As well as "PS3" and "Playstation 3". Not necessary, though.

00:33:283 - not suitable for finishes as you don't place finishes at the very beginning
00:34:998 - don't feel like it fits with 1/8 streams here.

From what I understood, you wanted the removal of the copy of the red and blue combo colors. I checked the map afterwards, and nothing changed (luckily)
Well I'm not against, but it doesn't change the gameplay at all in taiko mode soooo well that's a valid mod.

There's a reason why I do this : After a spinner, it forces the other color no matter what note I want to put right after. So if there's a d before the spinner, and I want to put a d right after, the editor forces me to use the blue one (which is the kat). I always put these colors only if I think there will be a spinner at least once though the map (excluding the ending spinner), to ensure me my pattens are the same in the editor and in the gameplay (to help people pointing pattens they want to see changed).

Oh, I'm noticing that just now.
The custom normal-hitnormal you are using doesn't fit the song as it should.
It gives the effect of an "empty" sound during gameplay and it's pretty weird o.o
What about to use a different one? You can find some of them here: viewtopic.php?f=56&t=15407
I have 36218(-4ms) as 2nd offset, don't forget to resnap all elements and green lines after timing changes
