I find your placement pretty good and need very little polish, but I think whistle usage can be better. I'll do a check soon (will edit this post). I feel lazy to mod hitsound right now.

After thinking a while, I think it's best if you use sc1 clap for the begin and end, this mean timing point spam to use the default whistle and the custom clap.
I notice there are some timing point which are unused or the way you did the hitsound is different from what I did in Insane, please check through it.
Lastly, -1 hp drain and -1 overall difficulty, quite high for a Hard atm.
00:01:801 (3) - Add clap at begin. Add a timing point here and change volume to 40-60% and sc 1. Be sure to add another timing point to change the hitsound back to default and 80% afterward. Also remove whistle from end.
00:02:444 (4) - Whistle at end, you can also add to begin if you want, if you do, then follow all whistle suggestion in italic, if not ignore all in italic

Basically, I'm telling you to keep consistency with Insane, with the exception that we use custom hit clap to cover a missing whistle sound. The same rhythm repeat at the end so apply this hitsound logic as well, I won't mention them again.

01:15:944 (4,1) - I think you should change to slider instead to follow vocal. Main reason why I'm mentioning this is I always get 100 here.

I checked the maximum combo and it's almost the same as Insane. This basically mean note density is around the same as Insane. I'm only complaining about this because due to lower ar (7 compare to 8 in Insane), the ar feel just a bit too slow. It feel like if there was 7.5 ar, this would fit the map. So I think perhaps remove the stream and try to use more 1/1 slider / repeating slider. You don't have to do this, I think this map is perfectly fine as is, but this is the reason why I feel the diff plays a little weird at some part for me (and when I test those part with ar 8, it plays great). I'm really busy today so that's all from me.
Actually map is fine to me, maybe I was tired when I modded this, consider removing the streams through as Insane barely have any.
