I represented this in Insane as well ("a" is at the end of a slider while "wa" is at the begin) and with hitsounds.
2. 00:21:515 (1) - I think this slider doesn't have a good ending spot. I think if you end this slider at 00:22:372- will be more better, because there'a strong accent of drum in that spot. And you suddenly following the vocal here, so it's not consistant from your previous guitar rythim. Besides, the whistle rythim become more good and consistant if you extend this slider.Well, I check almost all the notes here, I can hear a guitar sound on all of them so by doing this, this is the only slider not to be following a guitar sound. This is not the only reason of course, if I do this, this will be the only 3/2 sliders out of this entire section so I feel it's a bit inconsistent with how I map here. However, I do not completely disagree with your suggestion and I may change it if more people mention this.
3. 00:10:372- I don't think it's good to lowering the volume here at it's repeat so suddenly, because it's sounds awkward and not consistant to your previous rythim. Well, I could argue this, listen to the piano the repeat and at the end. I think the piano at the end is more accented and louder than the one on the repeat so to represent this. But my actual reason is very simple, I just think this whistle is too loud.
4. 00:25:372 (2) - How about adding a whistle at it's end? Nothing major problem, but i feel 'empty' at that spot. Whistle can fill that 'empty' spot. I did this before actually, but decide to remove it. My reason I guess is just so the lead up to spinner is nicer. When I add whistle, I feel like I need to continue mapping with hit circle & sliders to continuing following guitar sounds, but this doesn't bother me anymore so changed.

Here, I don't really have any patterns I want to do so I snap this to normal spacing and no whistle on it.
2. 01:14:444 (1) - I really don't recommend finish sound here at the start, because it sound's awkward and break your finish pattern. Practically everyone mention this, but I don't think I can ever agree with this. Like i mention above, hitsound plays a role for me on how a jump feels. No hitsound and big jump = weird for me. This is a 3.x jump and I think whistle doesn't do this jump justice. I just try a bunch of volume for the finish and feel this fits best. This is the only thing I think that I will definitely not change.

Since it's a slider, I don't think this play really bad due to how forgiving a slider is on timing window.
00:57:944 (3) - Sliders with this sort of shape look out of place when you don't use hitobjects to compliment them, I suggest reshaping. I don't understand what you mean here, how can I compliment this slider shape? I chose this slider shape to emphasize "te nai" at the end to compensate for using a long slider. Just something I like to do when mapping easier diffs, just to follow the song a little better. I really see no problems here.

And well that's about all I can find for Insane, I'm not too fond of the spacing. Hm, what do you dislike in particular about the spacing (except lot of inconsistency XD), does it play bad? Did some part become confusing to play due to the spacing? Did some spacing change seem really random? I didn't really check the spacing much so maybe some stuff were not intentional.

If you mean 1/8 timing points after some timing points, they are for the slider slide sound, even if it's minor, I don't like having a slider slide have 40% timing point (due to lowering volume of finish) when all others slider slide have 60% for example so I want slider-slide volume to go back to normal volume as fast as possible. If you don't mean any of this, please tell me, but I find it hard to believe timing point would be unsnap as they were no timing changes.
2. 00:58:158 (3) - Feels awkward in that this motion starting from 00:55:801 (1) - is all counter clockwise, then you've got this going in the other direction. I would Reverse this and reposition for spacing.Actually, I try your suggestion and I do not feel the emphasis on this note at all, it's the same spacing, but nevertheless, doesn't feel like a jump to me. Stuff like this are hard to explain due to subjectivity, but back and forth (right > left > right again) give more emphasis on this slider then something like counter clockwise pattern with uneven spacing (left, top left, bottom left) to me. What I say to from this is , one pattern is continuously going to the left (flow feel like <<<) while one is going right, then left, then right, (><>) etc. See why I feel the emphasis is lost? Also other reason like pay attention to new combo, (one combo counter clockwise, one combo clockwise) and this pattern lead better to how I map the next part.
3. 01:09:408 (7) - As I mentioned in my first post, the stream is unevenly spaced here. For this object, Prev: 1.00x and Next: 0.80x. Easy fix.This note is already snap to the spacing you mention, I fix this instead by removing 0.75x timing point and readding it after fixing spacing.
4. 01:14:444 (1) - A 3.15x jump out of nowhere is asking a bit too much. Cannot agree, I consider this to be the most emphasized note due to vocal (and that's why I put finish here, even if there's no cymbal to back it up) and due to this, I want it to have highest spacing. I don't hear any other part where vocal sing like this.

6. 01:29:658 (4) - What is this being mapped to? The music ends at 01:29:872 - and not 01:30:087 - The place you mention is, my best way to describe it, last place where I can put a hit circle. But listen to the music, there is still sound playing after where you mention. The place where the slider end is where the music completely stop. So two reasons here. Weird to not have anything follow the sound that play after the part you mention to me and due to how the song suddenly cut out. I consider this effect strong enough to warrant something to mark it like the end of this slider here.

1. 00:12:944 (1) - This would be best if it was a continuation of the slider patterns before. A random spinner here when the music is still in the intro and doesn't change doesn't match. Compared to Easy, this is very unfitting; you can tell the spinner in Easy is wrapping up the intro because the 1/3 melody is very obvious. To be honest, I find easy spinner to be more random, but I did recently recheck them. As for this, listen to guitar. You should see clearly why spinner start here, if not look at Insane, this spinner is intend to replace this guitar rhythm and lead to next section.
