Okay, ich bin wirklich einfach nur zu faul, um auf das alles einzeln zu antworten.
Paar Hitsounds hab ich gemacht, viele nicht, und meine 1/3-Slider bleiben!

The earlier parts of this are too repetitive in terms of note timing; a lot of just placing one every beat over and over. Try spicing it up a little.
03:39:498 (3) - Consider placing this right on the same horizontal plane as the previous circle. It'll look neater.
03:59:759 (3) - Same as above, only with the vertical plane.

Normal:
01:39:890 (1) - Consider getting rid of new combo here...
01:40:544 (2) - And apply it to this one instead.
04:04:661 (7) - Try matching this horizontally with 6.

Hard:

  1. I agree with the modders above about the overmap. Some of the 1/4 notes in this diff doesn't fit with the song. It's better if you just follow the vocal or the drum rather then using 1/4 notes that doesn't justifies anything in the song. For example in 00:21:459 (1,2,3,4,5,6) if you remove the 1/4 the rhythm will follow the vocal (even though it'll be a simple 1/2 beats note). Try to use jumps instead to give challenge for the diff, 01:02:635 is one of the good places for jump imo and it'll give a good built in for the kiai too
  2. 01:07:864 (6,7,8) - These notes doesn't sound very fit with the song as there aren't many beat in the current place of the music that correspondence well with all those objects. I suggest to follow the vocal all together, something like this one below
  3. 01:10:478 (3,4,5,6,7) - Almost the same as above. For this one rather than using circle for the 1/4 note, maybe try using slider instead, kinda like this
  4. 01:35:151 (2) - Another one of unnecessary offbeat. If you're trying to follow the vocal, it's supposed to be on 01:35:206 which is a 1/6 beat. Because it doesn't follow anything just remove the note
  5. 03:06:164 (1,2,3) - Same as 01:07:864 (6,7,8) changing 2 into a 1/2 beat long slider works too, you can also add jump to spice things up
  6. 03:16:622 (1,2) -This will sound better if you use a single 1/2 beat long slider rather than 1/4 slider repeat for 1 & 2
  7. 03:26:426 (6,7,1,2,3,4,5,6) - Same as 01:07:864 (6,7,8), for this one I suggest something like this
You should cut down some of the 1/4 notes just like what Shulin said, the above are what I can suggest on some of them. The Easy and Normal is quite good enough so try to concentrate on fixing the Hard diff.
