Overall I like it, nice hitsounds, nice spacing, nice combos. But to me there need to be less breaks near the beginning and end.

^ Starrod really knows how to map a hard map, good spacing for the difficulty and pushes what the editor can do. I really like the beginning with all the spinners. And I love the etna sliders to no end. This one is great as well.

How about if Takuma submits the difficulty, try inserting it into the beatmap. If it exceeds 20 MB, then maybe we can find some more optimization. :3

Beginning section (before the long break) - Turn up hit sound volume. You can barely hear them.

00:14:32 (1) - Why is there a jump from the last section? Closely spaced notes and then a jump = Confused Derek

01:51:73 (9) - Perhaps only make this repeat once instead of two times. The next slider is only 1/4th of a beat after this and it makes it confusing/hard.
02:18:20 (4) - ^ Or maybe have this one just repeat three times and get rid of the beat after it.
02:19:26 (1,2,3,4) - One or two of these sounds off by 1/6th or 1/8th. Not really sure which, though :/
