03:23:084 ( 58 ~ 61 ) - Stacking of notes occur here, which causes confusion. You should add a BPM x0.8 for 58, 0.9 for 59, and 0.6 for 60.

03:23:975 ( 61 ~ 77 ) - Having many 1/4s with BPM x0.5 doesn't look good. Consider reducing them ?
