Did some research and the only main metadata source I could find was https://soundcloud.com/k55tea/dl-frees-oldskool-happyhardcore-remix but it has since been deleted and the web archive doesn't have it. There's plenty of shares on twitter which had the old title at https://x.com/search?q=k55tea%20%E3%81%BC%E3%81%AA%E3%81%BA%E3%81%A6%E3%81%83%E3%83%BC%E3%81%A8%E2%99%A1S&src=typed_query&f=top though.
The artist is definitely correct since https://x.com/K55tea the artist links their google drive with old songs where the song is called "BlendS.wav" and the metadata of said file references the "AniColloid Bonus Track" which is a reference to https://www.discogs.com/release/17305561-Various-AniColloid this (doujin circle?) album which seems to be another valid meta source since the artist has the doujin circle in their twitter bio too.
Unfortunately the AniColloid vol.1 track listing doesn't include the "bonus tracks" on the official song listing so really I just have the mp3 title from the album which matches the above "06 - Kazmasa - ぼなぺてぃーと♡S (Oldskool HappyHardcore Remix)(Bonus Track 1).mp3"
Asked around in the BN server to see if anyone could find more information, but to no avail. Going off the loved set for consistency and the artists soundcloud at https://soundcloud.com/k55tea I believe the current metadata should be fine.
We're going with K A Z M A S A
for the artist instead of Kazmasa
with the creators soundcloud as the source.

you should increase the volume of hitsounds because the music is realy dominant compared to them and it will be better that he is more audible
"drum-hitnormal.wav" has a delay of ~4 ms, of which 3 ms is complete silence.
Sent one without it on discord.
hitsounding could be improved by a lot, just spamming kick / snare isn't really reflective of your mapping at all
it would be a lot nicer if you moved kicks to something else like drum claps / hitnormals and used actual whistles to hitsound whatever you're following, be it vocals / melody / etc, example being 00:11:507 (2,3,4,5,1,2) - where you map red ticks but all the feedback comes from the white ones
map itself looks nice, just hitsounding tilts me a bit, so if you choose to change this you can call me back to actually mod the map
