Im not against starting there its just that I dont have an argument for it, only against. If I map that sound in the beginning, shouldnt I place a note every time when he pull that lever then? Is there any specific reason you want to start there?
03:08:534 Ill add this note you suggested, it seem to fit the drum better and now when I look at it, it I clearly made a mistake.. thnx.
02:54:452 After every strong beat there is a weaker sound and thats where im undermapping. 02:55:269 (4) - "But why do you place a note here then": The bass play here, it didnt earlier.
"But you skip beats where the drum play": Its when I want to focus on the bass. My goal is to avoid copy the metronome, 1/2. Trying to explain how im reasoning with the rhythm.
00:03:077 Im not even sure you can say its a part of the song, this sound is when he pull a lever and I havent mapped that sound later in the map as far as I know. The two last sliders are not a part of the song either and I didnt have a reason to map them.. it was more like "whatever". Its from when he pull the switches and turn off the light. https://youtu.be/IvUU8joBb1Q?t=27
All these changes would be valid but im undermapping it on purpose to carve out some kind of rhythm, so I put alot of focus on the bass.
00:42:261 I can compromise here, ill use a reverse slider but ill mute the red tic because its not a sound I want to follow and its a less important sound.
03:08:534 This will make everything else inconsistent, its two diffrent ways of mapping the rhythm. It would be better to make a new difficulty then. But I agree most people prefer your way.
00:03:077 Im starting on the slider because, its easier to play. It start on a beat and you cant get acc miss on a slider.
00:37:363 Im following the bass here not the "bells" im only adding the bells when I want a higher note density for some reason.
03:57:181 03:57:946 The ones I used in the old difficulty are definitly wrong but I cant really get these to fit well either even if they are better. If you check the "2020 edit" instead of the one called "X" do you think the timings are alright then? 00:00:003 These where all pretty objective things you brought up but if you have any subjective thoughts about the map, whatever they may be feel free to share them. My mapping knowledge is limited and its harder to fix objective stuff like that but.. if you think some parts are hard to read for some reason or, that the strain / emphasis is wrong let me know. Or if its simply too ugly. I can take critic / the truth without crying or becoming angry so no need to sugarcoat anything.
