based on http://ngnl.jp/goods/music/ it uses "Yes,my master my lord" (yes please fix lowercases, spaces, and stuffs) so change to that please xp
It seems like your hitsounding is ignoring a lot of claps and other drums, you should try to fix it. And I see that ur using claps for kicks, this is not good, for you should use your hitsounds like this:
Normal sampleset hit normal for kicks
Claps on snares
Whistles for vocals
And use finishes when the map needs them
Nope, in this case he had soft clap for kick and normal clap as snares which is not a problem at all. It is similar to what I've been doing and it actually made more sense than sacrificing a hitnormal feedback for only kick beats
They can still implement whistle in combination with kicks/snares while not losing any sound at all
though I'd agree that missing hitsounds might be due to his lack of whistle usage on upbeat notes (which he tends to cover downbeat kicks with long slider for a vocal that some whistles could be added to their heads)
I appreciate the concern, but I feel that the problem is caused by my style of mapping of mostly following vocal and vocal only. And when the vocal utilizes 3/2 often such as what's happening here in this song, what follows is that some white ticks are ignored, which causes some hitsounds to be missing.
Although, In all Kiais section, because of the way I mapped, all the syllables are mapped actively and hitsounded with hit-whistles, while trying to follow the kick and snare as close as I possibly can without changing the rhythm choices. That should be more than enough to provide reliable feedbacks to the player as they already know since the beginning of the song that vocal is what they're going to be following for most of the map.
00:18:620 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,1,1,1) - 01:54:212 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,1,1,1) - these sounds are off.
The current mp3 is 128kbps one being reencoded which is a bloat in filesize while having the quality lower than it should be, see https://puu.sh/FueVn/7413e9621c.png (current mp3 is above and the new mp3 is below)
use this instead : https://puu.sh/FueR8/42e7cf993b.mp3
title isnt correct, Wikia and vgmdb you showed arent official so i searched the CD scan and it must be "Yes,my master my lord" https://media.vgm.io/albums/18/45081/45081-1463051732.jpg https://media.vgm.io/albums/18/45081/45081-1463051807.jpg
Artist: ジブリール (CV. 田村 ゆかり)
Romanised Artist: Jibril (CV. Tamura Yukari)
new metadata rc says to write name after surname, not before (unless it's how artist prefers it). Unrankable otherwise (also if the artist is originally not wrote in english, then Artist (not romanised) should follow artist's original name (hope I said it so that you can understand)
I like this mapset for the most part but I would suggest that you get into the habit of duplicating and rotating sliders wherever you can because you used a lot of slightly differently drawn sliders in each pattern and it gives the whole map a less polished feel. and I roasted your blankets because there isn't much else to fix with the way you mapped it :)
I see all diffs duration aren't consistent. For example, you have some diff that had 04:30 minutes of length while you have other diff that had 04:46 minutes of length. Just in case. You will need to end the song at 04:30 or 04:46 for consistency in all diff.
After a discussion with some other STD mappers, we see no problem with inconsistent difficulty duration. Maps such as Juubaku (https://osu.ppy.sh/b/1123160&m=0) got ranked just fine. The main idea behind this is to make players feel that they are playing the most difficult difficulty, therefore different.
Maybe it's a problem only in CTB because I've heard Kai talked about it before. If it's so, I'll tell them about the problem and get it fixed.
Thank you for the mods though. Really appreciate it. :)
