While Rain suffers from having too low overall spacing, this diff is the other way around.
I find some hypers wayy too strong than what the song suggest and therefore there's no real contrast between calmer parts to stronger parts to me
01:16:343 - until 01:38:021 - is pretty much barebones with strong hypers being used everywhere just like any other parts here
-> 01:17:505 (5,6,1) - 5.0x ds hyper is a stark contrast of its intensity
-> 01:26:408 (3,4,5) - way too wide for a hold dash pattern that could also be nerfed
-> 01:20:989 (1,2) - 01:21:763 (4,5) - low overall pitch/intensity yet the hypers are quite huge

that being said my concern lies on calmer parts, the kiais/solo seems fine

I think this one would be more meaningful if u play around ur concept of using 1/16 extended instead of just going into a simple flow direction by giving more movements to them
try flipping 04:30:665 (1) - 04:31:439 (3) - these into something like this
03:25:827 (2,3,1) - I do think removing 03:26:311 (3) - fits much better as its not that significant, also 1/2 hyperdash serves better as a transition into calmer section here
vocal here is different in structure since they start right after a cymbal downbeat (1/2 beat later) so the antiflow thing kinda fits with how sudden shift in vocal phase 01:08:044 (4,1) - is not really relate to what I made here either
