Remove drum custom 1, put drum instead because you don't have any custom 1 drum hitsound o.o
For soft custom 1, if you are using it in easy/normal and hard, you might want to use it in insane as well, so hitsound are constant (wonder if I used the good word xD)
The is a lots of blanket issue, I won't be pointing them out, since everyone have their own way of seing if the blanket is good or not, but there might be other mod that will point some blanket out (because modding blanket is fun xD). So you might want to check on the blanket while editing if you have time :3
Remove "Enable countdown", "Widescreen support" and "Letterbox during breaks".

Keep this all at x1.0, since it cause the distance spacing to look different, and in easy it should always have the same distance spacing.
Exemple : This 00:36:982 (1,1) and 00:38:872 (1,1) , you can see huge difference while the tapping rythmn is still the same.

I know how you did your combo, but it might be a bit to long for a normal level xD, such as those with 10 combo note
