as of now it looks like the two triangles before it are related, and then the next two are random, which shouldn't be the case. yes, I'm going to just make it one clockwise circular jump to be as 2015 as possible. or I could make it more interesting, basically it's sepearted into 00:57:480 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - 00:58:558 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - 00:59:636 (1,2,1,2) - with flow changes which is really nice and more interesting than "lol 2015 pp hexagons"

01:38:977 (9) - i think this sound is more like a single note, rather than a slider.rihht on that one, changed

00:51:732 (1,2,3) - consider making these spacing the same current reflects beat intensity way better
01:28:558 (1,2,3) - ^ Not the same, but better fitting
01:33:408 (1,2,3,4) - this feels kind of awkward to play, but it might just be me. consider changing the pattern to make a square. I like how this plays and the spacing fits really nice

  1. 00:09:516 (2) - Is this supposed to start on a red tic? I can hear the piano this is going to, but its a little disorienting for an easy diff. (Same with 00:15:265)
  2. 00:52:450 (2,3) - Minor gripe, but the gap between notes (like you've done in the previous 5-6 combos) is in a different spot. Sounds good with the same gap as the previous combos.
  3. 01:11:852 (3) - If you move the third node of this slider x-4 and make the second last node red, it should blanket better with the slider in the next combo.

  2. 01:00:355 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - Not a fan of how you have streams bookending kick slider jumps. I'd either have 8 notes in stream and then the kick slider jumps (Like you did at 01:11:852) or the kick slider jumps then the stream.
  3. 01:12:570 (1,2,1,2) - This jump is pretty tricky imo, I'd scale it down a bit.
Can't mod Extra because I can't play that high diff yet.

Sorry my mod wasn't huge. I'm a bit tired at failing pretty hard at playtesting.

  2. maybe larger distance? I feel the map too tight after playing it. Or maybe is necessary to map a insane+ diff for players who think extra is too difficult and insane is too easy.. :roll:

actually I changed the beginning of the jump sequence a bit, but the general idea of 2xtriangle - star - traingle stays
just some personal ideas. Hope these can be helpful :D

    I might raise it a little bit, I used ar8 at first and even that seemed fine to me, the density isn't very high and the structure is simple, so lower ar should be fine

  1. On some difficulties, the downbeat at 01:46:343 isn't emphasised. Why is this? Move the start of the spinner forward 1/2 and place a circle there and it will play a whole lot better.

  1. 00:09:516 (2,3) - This rhythm might confuse new players, since a downbeat is skipped and the next note begins on a red tick. Not really much you can do about this though, considering the nature of the song at this point in time. It's just something to point out.
    00:12:570 (2) - Add a bell whistle at the end of this slider? I feel that it is missing one, since the music at this point is on a powerful, high pitched beat.
  2. 00:15:265 (2,3) - Like 00:09:516 (2,3), I'm really not too sure about this rhythm.
  3. 01:37:001 (2,3) - This blanket could be improved slightly. Nothing major, but bad blankets can look untidy at times.
[Normal]
  1. 00:50:115 (4,5,6,7) - This pattern looks a bit lopsided, you can improve it by making sure the sliders are symmetrical with each other. Make sure the starts and ends of the sliders form a perfect square.
  2. 01:27:301 (4,1) - This blanket is a bit off as well if you look closely.
  3. 01:36:283 (1,2) - I'm not a fan of these sliders; they bend at 90° angles which seems out of place with the rest of the map. I recommend changing this into something more appropriate.

  1. 00:09:516 (4) - I would recommend a different rhythm here, because the piano sounds are pretty powerful; I think they need some more emphasis. Especially the with bell hitsound you have here, it can make gameplay a bit jarring because you're not actually clicking the note, you're only letting go.   2. 01:05:923 (1) - I would get rid of the finish on this slider. Provided that you're mapping to the vocals, a finish wouldn't be a good choice because it is on the end of a slider, which is awkward to play because you'e not clicking on it. Also, the beat isn't that powerful in the song anyway, despite being a downbeat.

  1. 00:05:025 (5,1,2) - I'm not fond of this pattern. Although you made it a bit readable, I don't like how the cursor is restricted in the same place moving in the same direction. It doesn't play well and I feel that there are better things you can do to express this part of the music.
  2. 00:22:989 (2,1) - The way this slider goes back on itself and hides under the bigger slider makes it very challenging to read, because the player might not notice this until it is too late. I recommend you change (1) to something that doesn't go back on itself so it is more readable.
  3. 00:29:816 (3,1) - This antijump might also be a bit tricky considering the amount of NCs you already have in the music that are 1/2 spaced. A player might assume this is 1/2 as well, and hit too early. I'd get rid of this antijump or tone down on the NCs.
  4. 00:51:552 (5,6,1) - Despite the NC, I still don't like how the notes are spaced differently, it looks strange. I recommend you make the spacing consistent here.
    00:54:965 (2,6) - Add an NC on these two notes, having all of 00:54:606 (1,3,4,5,7) - the same colour is tricky to read, and doesn't exactly look nice. Adding NCs to (2,6) will sort this out, creating a more organised feel to the beatmap.
  5. 00:55:864 (8,9,1) - Again, I'm not fond of the inconsistent spacing.
Overall, this is a pretty solid beatmap. You've utilized good flow and hitsounding, but some aesthetics could do some work. I shot a star, good luck!

More focused towards the easier diffs, dropped a couple things for the harder ones though.

  1. 00:17:241 (1) - I would remove the red node personally and do a full blanket around instead
  2. 00:24:426 - the drumroll sound would sound better if it started here? Try like 30% volume
  3. 00:38:618 - I would consider this to be the dominant note and where I honestly think 00:38:798 (3) - should start. Both the vocals and the instruments support this. This applies to almost every single pattern down the line such as 00:41:492 - 00:44:367 -00:47:241 - etc
  4. 00:55:684 - circle
  5. 00:57:121 - circle. The drums are really active here and it feels odd when going upbeat like this and having a break in the rhythm.
  6. 01:00:714 (1) - optional, if you want a break you can easily remove this. making 01:01:792 (1) - feel like an epic hit.
  7. 01:05:384 (2,3) - the 3/2 slider like 01:08:259 (2) - would be a better option here to capture the dominant notes.
  8. 01:21:911 (1) - I don't think you need the 'ding' whistle in it lol.
  9. 01:31:971 (3) - Less of a curve would be super. It feels way too tight.
  10. 01:34:486 (2,3,4) - Try balancing these so it flows in a more circular motion. You don't have to blanket the (1) really, but up to you.

  1. 00:16:881 (4) - Two circles would suit this better imo. Much easier to play when you have piano notes like these.
  2. 00:23:169 (1,1) - This is probably one of my biggest pet peeves in mapping as of now. The whole space inbetween here is completely empty because of the spinner you placed. People should be playing this section, and instead having a gap where the spinner is. Try ending the spinner at 00:24:426 - (maybe delete 00:22:989 (1) - and move the spinner back to it so there's more spin time) and resume mapping at 00:25:864 - Regardless if you take this mod or not, 00:27:301 (1) - is very awkward to play because of the vocals.
  3. 00:36:822 (6) - A 1/1 gap is pretty much mandatory here. As lead-in vocals aren't important to map, and they won't ruin your rhythm, try deleting this slider and placing a circle at 00:37:001 -
  4. 00:48:319 (6) - pretty much the same as 36 secs, since your rhythm mapping here, it's best to stick to it and skip the lead-in.
  5. 01:07:181 (3) - A circle would be better here.
  6. 01:05:384 (3,4,5,1) - Probably the most unrankable issue about this map. You change what you follow. You were happily following vocals and then decided to swap to the instrumentals in this spot. It makes it hard to read as well as confusing to follow. The other issue is that when doing this, you map offbeat which only adds to it. Following the previous combos, it would be best simply like this:
  7. 01:21:911 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - Another major issue. You follow the vocals in the first combo, but ignore them in the second (even if they're fading ones) Again from the second (3->4) feels very uncomfortable to play as players will naturally want to follow the vocals because of your previous combo.
  8. 01:24:786 (1,2,3,4) - Try this for vocal emphasis and better matching for your style
  9. 01:29:097 (1) - same as the first spinnner, kind of ruins the upcoming notes. 01:31:612 (1) - is a bit odd to come back into the music as well. Maybe delete this if you want to keep the spinner.
[Hard]
  1. 00:09:157 (3) - You really don't need the tail end of this slider. Makes the light intro really heavy imo with it. a 1/1 gap here works just fine.
  2. 00:09:516 (4,5) - 3 circles for the piano
  3. 00:31:073 (5) - try deleting this.
  4. 00:32:151 (2,1) - Very very bad transition from vocals to beat. Please pick one or the other. Especially after playing everything before 00:30:714 (4) - this rhythm is confusing. (3,4) are actually very tough to hit because of this.
  5. 00:35:744 (1,2,3) - change (1) to two circles (one on the head and tail) This makes hitting the triplet much easier and distinguishes which part of the rhythm the player is playing. You can even swap the new triplet and the 1/4 repeat at 00:36:462 (4) - to make it more adaptable.
  6. 00:59:636 (1,2,3) - 4 circles. All of these notes sound the exact same so they shouldn't be different.
  7. 01:13:828 (3,4) - 1/1 slider would fit the best here.
  8. 01:28:558 (1,2,3) - little bit of a jump would have been cool.
  9. 01:29:007 (1,1) - the slider could be a little closer to the middle imo. It's quite a reach to get to.
  10. 01:34:486 (5) - ending on the red tick would suit this better, especially since you have 1/4 notes after this. Really no point using a 3/4 here.
[Insane]
More 1/1s please! This whole map is pretty much 1/2 spam. You don't need to map every single 1/2 note you know!
  1. 00:25:864 (1,2,1) - Make it the same distance, you map extra bits that doesn't follow from the previous notes on the 00:26:582 (1) - and having the gap makes it look like a 1/1.
  2. 01:12:570 (1,2,1,2) - Try to even the gaps out a bit. (They feel completely random to me) The jump from (2->1) is a bit much for example.
  3. 01:29:007 (1) - Don't see any reason why you can't end this at 01:30:175 - More of a dominant beat there anyways.
  4. 01:40:234 (7) - like in hard.. why not at 01:40:414 - where the beat is emphasized more?
  5. 01:40:594 (1) - intentionally added in beat on nothing on this end is also pointless.
  6. Actually to be honest, all of these 3/4 sliders would fit the song much better as 1/2 instead. No need to create something that isn't in the song itself.
  7. 01:43:917 (3) - ? no point, just stick to the main beats imo. you really don't need to be mapping to that 1/4 sound as it's just added unnecessary difficulty. I suggest nerfing this quite a bit. You can still map heavily just following the drum beats anyways.

  2. 00:20:654 (2) - Just a 1/1 slider? I don't hear anything on the reverse worth putting it on for.

    Every slider must have a clear and visible path to follow from start to end. Sliders which overlap themselves in a way that makes any section unreadable or ambiguous (including "burai sliders") cannot be used. This is so that no slider has an appearance that is confusing or impossible for the player to read. Additionally, the slider borders must never be covered up from the slider being packed in too tightly. However, sliders that cross over themselves are fine as long as the borders are clearly visible.
    Yeah.. change this so the beginning part of it doesn't troll. I would personally consider this unrankable, even if it's only a 'little bit' as it makes the slider path nearly impossible to read. Just change this and save yourself a headache later on.
  4. 00:46:702 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - whistles like your earlier sliders would have been cool here instead of the chime.

I feel like you are trying way too hard to make every burst/every slider special, I'd highly reccommend only making 00:28:738 (1,2) - stuff like this when it clearly makes sense in the song. It just doesnt look good nor polished at all.
00:51:552 (5,6,1) - example, this looks like you placed shit randomly, even in the editor. There are ways to make a map special while still keeping it clean. This is in my opinion the biggest issue with the map currently.

You NC at strong downbeats (big white lines) without ANY regard of whether or not it actually fits the song/your map/patterns. If a player sees a new combo they expect the rhythm/spacing to change. Keep that in mind

This makes it look ugly. If you are going to try and make it look good in the editor you have to go all the way, halfassed just looks random.
This is pretty much everywhere in your map, giving the impression that you just stacked notes when available instead of making an actual effort for it to look good.
These three things all really need to be worked on imo

It is just my own thinking but…
High sound like vocal makes just “melody” for the song.
Bass-drum is low sound, so it makes “beat”. It should not be ring in same rhythm with high sound.
All bass-drums on down-beats makes listeners comfortable imo. On the other hand, bass-drums on up-beats is weird for me, there’re some exception though.

  1. 00:17:241 (1) - Pretty sure we went over this before, but.. remove clap from head and put on tail, this way it is consistent with 00:16:881 (4) - and 00:18:319 (1) -
  2. I don't really understand the usage of the whistle normal from 00:07:899 (5) -, it seems a bit weird.. I understand it at 00:09:875 (6) - because it is the last piano note in the sequence and it is held. Therefore one would fit at 00:13:109 (1) -, but why at 00:14:007 (3) - ? If anything, it should've been at 00:13:648 (2) - as it is stronger. Yeah, I can't really understand the next ones too.. It seems too random for me to understand. So please revise those.
  3. 01:17:780 (2) - Literally the only slider of this kind in the whole diff, limits the movement and it might be playable as a static slider, unlike everything else in the kiai which is pretty straight forward in terms of movement so I'd advise changing this one.
  4. Hitsound stuff applies to all diffs relevant.
[Hard]
  1. 00:21:193 (1,2,3) - Equal spacing would be cool.

fixed everything
slider is now a flipped version of 01:16:881 (4) - which works really well after minor changes to the pattern
changed some of the normal whistles to soft and swapped some around to hopefullly work better for all diffs

Oh, it's used for that effect on the kicksliders in the highest diff

it's the same as default butI still include it since some people have a different one or muted one in their skins and wouldn't get the effect then
also made the name of the last diff shorter since it seemed a bit too much to me :d

Not bad, but I think you can consider trying to make patterns interacting each other for your future mapping. 01:21:193 (5,6,1) for example in Insane, (1) is a horizontally flipped form of (5), and (6) is a -120˚ rotated form of (5). However seeming the way how these sliders were placed, it is pretty hard to interprete that these sliders are the same shape, resulting in a lack of pattern organization. I believe this isn't the only case on this mapset.

Yes, not having sliderwhistles on that pattern unlike the kickslider patterns before it is intended since, it just felt unfitting and "too much" for those.
That's the only one I can answer without checking in editor.
I'll comment on the other stuff when I'm back home in some hours.

Most of those look like "both work for me, but I prefer the current one" though, lol

    either way of comboing works here, normal just starts the pattern 4/1 later. normal pattern puts more emphasis on those high pitched sounds 01:36:283 (1) - don't really see an issue here, except if you see "different nc usage for different diffs" as an issue, lol
