I'm a fairly new player that's into skinning. But I cant find any downloads of the default skin from 2019 (this year). Any help?

The default skin is the one you're using.
If you want to go back to the default skin, click the osu! logo, then click "Options." Then, click on the brush, then go to the drop-down menu. If default is there (which should be there), click on it.
