How to enter god mode.
It's like lucid dreaming. You don't know how to enter it, but you do need to be less aware of how you are doing at the immediate pattern(s). If you do become aware during playing, you will suddenly try to control it try to correct and force yourself, screwing up the fluid motions you fingers and hand were doing. It falls apart.
For example, you don't think how to 300 bpm stream, you just do. If you try to think, you will try to imperfectly control finger movements. This will lead to you forcing your fingers up and down, causing strain on your tendons, which will cause you to fail and maybe get RSI. You just need enough practice to the point it's just a thing you body can do naturally like stand on two legs.
