EDIT: I didn't mean to post this, still trying to figure it out
EDIT2: Yeah, I can't figure it out. However I do suspect that the BPM is slightly lower than 140 and if this true then the second uninherited point should be removed.

However, I'm pretty sure the offset at the start of the song is 1363ms instead.
