You need to rename Hyper to something else since in osu! Hyper is mostly referred to difficulties that are relatively easier than Insane. So how about change to kani's Hyper and Insane

00:45:373 (4,5,6,7) - I would like cast doubt on this rhythm. The sound at 00:45:548 - is obvisously more intense than 00:45:461 (5) - . I think the rhythm here should remain , here is a special place to transit 2 totally same part in the music and it do have a rhythm like this , but u also said about the sound, so i increase the sound volume 30%, now it sounds more naturally and fun to play
00:47:640 (1,2) - I don't think this is a eligible pattern, applying such a big spacing for 1/4 gap is frightening. Same for 00:50:431 (1,2) - and similar patterns. I think its ok here, the note after a long slider we could have enough time to prepare this jump; and its a extra, as a normal player i played and feels ok; the music here has strong fluctuations, put the note at the beginning of slider will perferctlly show this melody.
00:58:105 (1,2) - Each of them needs to be reversed for one more time, as the music apparently suggests. done
01:43:629 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - I don't think this is a nice idea because you are switching tracks you follow too frequently. You need to focus on one track for at least a certain period of time.I need a little time here to solve thesekeep

I agree, but the sliders are not fast and, experienced players would hold their cursors and wait to read the coming pattern without breaking the combo, so I think it's fine. And I did it on purpose!

01:30:461 (7) - I think this needs to be removed for it sounds pretty overmapped. More important, you didn't apply five note streams for other places in this section.
I did used it in here 01:27:408 (4,5,6,7,8) - , but I think you are right about consistency since I didn't used the pattern after these two. I also think it's overmapped, but without it this part would be quite boring. I tried to go without the streams and it didn't work quite well for me. So I made some alterations to the later part to adapt the five note stream pattern and the repetitive triangle pattern.
