Contains only the red sections, so add the greens back in yourself.

It's somewhat annoying because the BPM changes start on the red ticks for a lot of map, so there's a ton of sections that are just there to make the white ticks line up properly again.

Hey, here's what I got. Green = nazi and cosmetic opinions I usually write, so you can ignore these if you don't care about those.

[Beginner]:
  1. 00:41:663 (3) - Move it up by 1 grid. I know you hate this but it would look much better if it would stack on top of the previous slider 00:39:031 (1).
  2. 01:10:507 (1) - Extend this spinner to the next big white tick (01:11:870). Afterwards move the starting point of the spinner 01:11:870 (1) to 01:12:038.
[Tonoicutzu]:
  1. No need to have Tonoicutzu in tags on this diff. Nothing critical though.
  2. 00:06:386 (1) - Completely silent hitsounds are unrankable I think. Having 5% volume doesn't really justify it since it's still not hearable. However, if I'm wrong in this case, you should do the same to 00:00:386 (1).
  3. 00:09:636 (4,5) - Instead of these I think you should use a short repeating slider just like you did a few notes before. If you are really keen on keeping these, then add a note at 00:09:761.
  4. 01:32:513 (1) - End this spinner at 01:34:250.

  1. You have an obsolete .osb file in your folder (William Tell Overture - W.T. Orchestra (Louis Cyphre).osb), remove it.
  2. I don't like how normal-hitclap sounds because for me it's making the stuff sound weird. Having a default hitnormal heard and this one on top of it makes it double volume and slightly phased.
That's about it. Very nicely made. :3

your normal-hitclap is in fact another default normal-hitnormal...= = and i don't think it's really needed. it only make the hitsounds become louder and it sounds weird to me. (especially when you're using some clap at 2nd and 4th white line skill)
what is the applause.mp3 for? it seems you want to add it to the end of the map but i didn't see that?

If i start spinner before timing section and if i end it after timing section, the end will not snapped. That's why i did like that.

I think you should give some life to the map, curving the 1/2 long sliders a bit. It's a bit repetitive to see that they are all straight.
