hey

its gotta be rough man, finding mods for a map that, lets be honest here, is already pretty much fucking D O N E and R E A D Y F O R R A N K.

Anyway, here are a few changes you should consider:

Artist: toby fox, should probably be "Toby Fox"

Overall, the hitsound volume is much too loud in pretty much all sections, it sticks out pretty hard when playing. haha nevermind i'm retarded I had my music at 55% WHOOPS

Tags should definitely include Sans, as he is the only character that shows up in 100% of "other endings", whether to add the rest of the cast that COULD show up, is up to you.

For real though, I cannot find a single thing I would change about the map's design in either difficulties, have some fucking star power and get this ranked already bruh

Good luck.

Yo dude shitty mod inc since I suck at modding low diff maps, good practice I guess :^)

  • General
  1. Audio bitrate too high, easy to fix in audacity though

    Normal
  2. 02:50:400 (3,4) - Spacing fail
  3. 01:33:600 (1) - I dont like how this overlaps the other slider
  4. 01:38:400 (3) - Curve this down for better flow http://puu.sh/n8XPs/736d10690e.jpg will fuck spacing bu I'm sure normal mappers are used to this

    Hard
Well I was thinking I'd be able to say something about this but I just ended up watching through the whole map.

Anyways very well done mapset gl in future and if you end up not changing anything I said please dont kd, have a good day!

Hey from my queue, my name is Max 100bit, and this is my mod!
Well, opinion of modder is opinion of modder.
Do not judge strictly, I could be wrong.
If you change little things from my mod - do not give kudosu. My english is bad, so sorry for googletranslate.

Song and beatmaps

  1. Audio bitrate is so high, you need to reduce it.
  2. Kiai time in any place?

Normal

  1. In this diff you have a lot of unused sliderpoints, like in: 00:12:300 (3) - 00:13:200 (4) - 00:13:800 (5) - 00:22:800 (2) - 00:24:000 (4) - 00:24:600 (5) - etc, you need to fix it
  2. 00:37:200 (3) - slider and circle because you have same pattern in 00:33:600 (3,4)
  3. 00:58:800 (3,4) - you can make repeat slider here because you have same pattern in 00:57:600 (1)
  4. 01:52:800 (3,6) - identical?
  5. 02:01:800 (4,1) - hmm... you can make blanket here imo
  6. 02:06:000 (1) - wow, this slider looks very strange and i guess that it's not allowed
  7. 02:37:800 (6) - Ctrl+J for better flow with 02:38:400 (1)
  8. 03:03:600 (1) - same as in 2:06:000
  9. 03:21:750 (1) - since it's lowest diff you should start spinner from 03:21:900

Hard

  1. 00:01:200 (3) - slider and circle because you have same pattern in 00:00:000 (1,2)
  2. 00:06:600 (7) - hmm... it's allowed?
  3. 00:16:200 (4,5,1) - make identical spacing pls because this pattern is confusing
  4. 00:39:000 (8,1) - overlap in this case seems out of place, you can stack it
  5. 01:12:000 (1,2) - you can stack this note because you have same pattern in 01:13:800 (3,4) for example
  6. 01:15:600 (1,2) - ^
  7. 02:02:400 (1,2) - stack it because you have same pattern in 02:42:000 (1,2)
  8. 02:07:800 (4,5) - blanket?
  9. 02:12:300 (4,1) - you can stack it, looks better
  10. 02:16:800 (1,2) - it's allowed? tbh idk
  11. 02:37:800 (7,1) - improve stack
  12. 02:40:200 (3,5) - same as in 0:39:000
  13. 02:55:200 (4,1) - try to avoid this overlap pls

Nice relaxing song and map.
Good luck!

I am not great at modding lower difficulties, but hope your understanding
[General]
  1. Unrankable audio file D: the audio be under 192kps and over 128kps...
[Normal]
  1. 01:24:600 (3) - Move to about x:332 y:189 and curve it more, for better flow
[Hard]
  1. 00:42:300 (5,1) - Nazi, but those two were supposed to be blanketed?
  2. 00:53:100 (7) - I think stacking to 00:52:200 (6) - is better, it gives more feeling that the music is stopped for a while
  3. 01:33:600 (1,3) - I know it's not visible in gameplay, but can you make them symmetrical?
  4. 02:16:800 (1,2) - Hmmmm.. if you overlap like that, that might be very hard to read for hard level players, How about curving 02:16:800 (1) - and make 02:18:000 (2) - blanket with 02:18:600 (3) - so there will have more path exposed?
I can't find anything else... This map is solid..

Hello~ NM from my queue

Have you considered adding an easy difficulty?
Current audio file is over 192 kbps, I can get you a audio file of 192 kbps if you want it.
Normal
  1. I want to note that the whistles sound very loud and gets really annoying as the song goes. Try changing the volume or the hitsound itself.
  2. Check AiMod for distance errors.
  3. 00:03:600 (1,2) - How come these are mapped with 1/1 sliders instead of 1/2? inconsistency pls fix
  4. 00:31:500 (3,1) - slider (1) should be placed below (3) for better flow.
  5. 01:22:200 (5,1) - blanket maybe?
  6. 03:09:600 (3) - the specific instrument you are following has no sound on the end of this slider, the end should be empty
Hard
  1. 00:31:500 (7,8,9) - the pattern doesn't look nice, i think a simple 1/2 repeat will do
  2. 02:02:400 (1,2) - I found it weird how you didn't stack these
  3. 02:18:000 (2,3) - blanket error
  4. 02:40:200 (3,5) - overlap doesn't look good
  5. I think more emphasis would be the key to really separating normal and hard diff, and since it's instrumentals you can emphasize the notes you choose to put finishes on or depending on the pitch of the notes.
This was one of my lazy mods, sorry for that xd gl

Alrighty, let's do this ^^

Important: Ai-Mod is saying that the bitrate of the file is to high. I agree with it, that you should most likely compress it a little. Just to be safe.

Normal Diff:

collapsed text
  • 01:26:400 - inserting a break-time after that note might be a good idea, since the gap between that note and the next is long enough.

01:30:000 - the suddenly red-glow pops up out of nowhere in the background. I suggest fading it in, rather then letting it pop up so extremely ^^

01:44:400 - here for some odd reason fits the red glow popping up. I think (but I'm not 100% sure), the first red glow was too bright, while the second was
more faded to begin with. Maybe adjust the first glow so it's similar to the second, because the second one is really good.

03:03:600 - The proportion of the slider is a bit weird, because it is the only slider which looks like that so far. It seems like its meant to react to the piano, which is, if you listen closely, actually playing two notes shortly after another. If that was your intention, then good job, it really adds to the feel of the map, however, consider using the same slider proportion for every similar part of your map, or else it will feel out of place, just like it is doing right now ^^

Hard Diff:

collapsed text
  • 00:12:450 - I think you should place this note instead of on top of the beginning of the next slider, between the end of the previous slider and the beginning of the next slider, so it doesn't break the flow.

I couldn't find anything else. So, good job ^^

Alright. And last but not least, I personally think you should definitely get one or two Osu!Mania GD's for your Beatmap, since this Song is purely a Piano Song, and that's the perfect thing for Osu!Mania in my opinion ^^

Good job. I like your map. I'll keep an eye out and see how it will evolve :)
I hope I was at least a little bit of a help ^^

Cool! Mod right here, saw your request on 11/11/16 at 17:29 PST, so lets get started!

Hard
add a circle at this time, 00:17:740 - where this this note was, 00:15:940 (3) - ( in actual space)

also, add a circle at this time, 01:48:940 - because the note makes the rhythm more clear.

add a circle at this time, 02:01:540 - because the note makes the rhythm more clear.

Description: A easy to recognize pattern that is also easy to play, everything seems peaceful when you play it.
(also, a AR7 Hard is kind of low, you should raise it to at least 7.5! :D)
Normal
I think adding a circle here, 00:53:740 - would look like it would fit better, and making that the New Combo instead of the slider that is the next note.

And adding a note here, 02:39:940 (3) - would also make the rhythm more clear.

(I understand why you might not agree with those suggestions, but please consider them! :D)

Description: A slower paced difficulty with a calming pattern.

My pleasure to mod this beatmap, I hope to see this beatmap in the ranked column soon!

Hard
add a circle at this time, 00:17:740 - where this this note was, 00:15:940 (3) - ( in actual space) going to focus on the melody here, dont think a circle is needed

also, add a circle at this time, 01:48:940 - because the note makes the rhythm more clear. there is no sound here, plus it does not make the rhythm more clear imo

add a circle at this time, 02:01:540 - because the note makes the rhythm more clear. ^

Description: A easy to recognize pattern that is also easy to play, everything seems peaceful when you play it.
(also, a AR7 Hard is kind of low, you should raise it to at least 7.5! it is a very slow song, just because the tag is Hard should not define the AR :D)
Normal

And adding a note here, 02:39:940 (3) - would also make the rhythm more clear. there is a slider there?

Is there a reason why this is in wip?

[General]
Tick rate 2 fits this song best

[Normal]
In general this feels way too slider-reliant to give the false sense of security that this is an easier map despite the higher pace of rhythms, cursor movement, and high difficulty settings. I would recommend making an easy to make this map more accessible to new players.
02:54:640 (3) - This slider shape sticks out against the rest of the map

[Hard]
01:28:840 (2,3,4,5,1) - For such a big entrance into the chorus (with jumps), the parts after it feel really dull. The pacing feels messed up.
02:40:240 (3,5) - This was a pretty ugly overlap and didn't really fit how you made patterns for the rest of the map

The maps are pretty solid, nice job on that. I just think that the set would be more approachable to newer players with an easier map than the current Normal.
