I think you should remove the "OST" from the title; if you're gonna change it, make sure you follow this to avoid any beatmap duplication an' all.
That mp3 is much longer than what you've mapped, you might wanna crop it and full submit.

01:45:809 - Add a timing section here to end the kiai.

-> You'll need a diff around 3-stars to get this ranked, but I can tolerate that (as you stated you're still looking for GDs so I won't be touching this)
-> End your kiai. This is to prevent the main menu flashes wildly while this song is played on the background
-> Offset obviously feels early, I recommend offset 347 (+12 ms)
-> Also, do you think lead-in time THIS much? 1500ms fits the song's atmosphere better imo...

[Insane]

-> HP Drain -1? 8 is just too high for this imo

  1. 00:05:043 (2,3,4,5,6) - For consistency, you can just copy-paste 00:02:030 (1,2,3,4,5) here and rotate them all selection-centre, it will result like this:
  2. 00:08:622 (1) - Why this spinner is left unhitsounded? I highly suggest to add finish here, as it fits a lot
  3. 00:12:389 (1) - Here also, add finish to slider's start as it's a new part of the song
  4. 00:22:936 (1) - (optional) I personally feel the finish is better to be placed here (as it's downbeat), but it's fine because there's a loud boom sound as well on (6)
  5. 00:23:690 (5,6,7,8,9) - I highly recommend to unstack this - stack looks abrupt here in play mode. idk, maybe alter into a moving stream like this?
  6. 00:28:963 (1,2,3,4) - (optional) I like how they play if they're surrounding (6), instead of a zig-zag pattern here:
  7. 00:30:470 (1) - Maybe finish hitsound on slider's start here?
  8. 00:34:990 (1) - I highly recommend to start this spinner 1/4 earlier, as the music actually goes there
  9. 00:36:497 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - Finish is obviously required on (1), orz... Also, it's quite fun to play with hitsound volume dynamics here: 30% -> 25% -> 20% -> 15% -> 30% or etc, just experiment around (: - This suggestion applies for next parts like this
  10. 00:42:242 (1,1,1) - ...do you really need this new combo spam here? o.o - New combo spam affects how the HP Drain will be, they're fine to play, but consider this as you have a lot of NC spams here
  11. 00:45:538 (1,3) - (optional) Try this shape? It can avoid overlap with your next 00:47:045 (1) imo:
  12. 00:51:565 (1,2) - I highly recommend to split (1) as a 2/1 slider followed by a note 1/1 after, mainly because you need a clap on 00:51:942. Also, (optional) why don't you curve these two to create something more flowy ><
  13. 01:06:351 (1,1,1) - Again with the new combo spam thing here
  14. 01:08:893 (3) - Do you really need to curve the slider like this? Just curve it normally encircling (2) is better imo
  15. 01:14:167 (1,2,3) - (optional) I like your sliders here, but it can be arranged to something more flowy without even changing the slider's curve imo:

  4. 00:15:591 (1) - I highly recommend to face this slider to the right (to avoid overlap)
  5. 00:17:286 (2) - Eh... You don't need the clap on the slider's repeat, I guess xD
  6. 00:24:443 (1,2,3) - (optional) Try this one here?
  7. 00:28:963 (1) - Slider starting here doesn't follow anything imo, I prefer to use a 1/2 slider starting on 00:29:152
  8. 00:30:470 (1,1) - Minor stuff, but both aren't centered (just make sure the 3rd slidertick is centered, barely noticeable though)
  9. 00:36:497 (1) - (optional) Break this apart as a 2/1 slider + circle + 2/1 slider rather than a 4x repeating 2/1 slider? (you can just arrange them in a symmetrical position, though)
  10. 00:43:089 (3,4) - Actually it's more accurate to place the 1/1 slider on 00:43:278 (4), therefore you can arrange like:
  11. 00:48:363 (5) - (optional) Add clap here also if you wish, to build more power from the hitsound
  12. 00:54:579 (1) - Again here, why no finish hitsound on slider's start o.o
  13. 01:00:606 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1) - Refer to my suggestion on [Insane] about hitsound volume dynamics here
  14. 01:14:167 (1,2,3) - (optional) Hmm, I personally don't like how this part goes too linear, I think you can put something more flowy here with bezier curves:
  15. 01:30:741 (1) - No finish again here? It plays good after a spinner ><
  16. 01:41:665 (2,3,4) - Isn't it more accurate to use a repeating 3/2 slider as you did before? Well, rhythm like this is playable as well, though
