highly suggest to change the tick rate to 1. as you know slider tick is converted to a small fruit in CtB diff. due to low AR some of hard curved slider like 00:09:197 (2) has a potential to make a random miss. imo since this is the easiest difficulty it's better to keep it simple and with the tick rate 1 it will improve the gameplay a lot
00:11:175 (3,1,2) - the flow of 00:11:505 (1,2) seems not represent well to introduce the new section here. maybe try this pattern? http://puu.sh/dxNjF.jpg. here i made it a bit consistency with the next two note after
00:41:999 (2,3,4,5,6,1) - i feel the distance of 00:42:659 (4,5,6,1) should be higher than 00:41:999 (2,3,4) to emphasize your hitsound

02:44:636 (2,3) - This HDash is unfitting imo. It would be nice to have one at 02:44:471 but not here. (Well, you used this many times so removing it maybe not a best choice. o.o)

I was being asked to check the CTB difficulties.
I am quite surprised about that many pointless green lines in the CTB difficulties. Not necessary to wipe them but still bothers me.

[Salad]
  1. 00:02:769 (2) - The red marks don't do anything to this slider because you do not really feel them during CTB gameplay. Rotate it +/- 45 grades and move it back to x: 256 afterwards.
  2. 00:11:835 (2) - For a better flow CTRL + G this and then move it to x: 80. This will create a zigzag pattern. It might be that the distance between 00:11:835 (2,3) - is a bit high, so you can also select 00:12:329 (3,4,1,2,3) - completely and move it a 2-3 grids to the left.
  3. 00:21:725 (3,1) - You can FC this without any Dash. Give some thought to a small dash in consequence of the cymbal sound at 00:22:054 - .
  4. 00:27:329 - Bear in mind the heavy beat. Why should it not give utterance with a note? Same goes with 00:28:648 - . I know you mapped another rhythm but for a Salad you are making the rhythm needlessly complicated.
  5. 00:32:439 (5,1) - Dash, same reason as I gave at 00:21:725 (3,1) -
  6. 00:40:516 (2,3) - Too less motion required. Slope 'em somewhat more, like...:
    Or try something completely new:
  7. 00:42:989 (6,1) - Some higher distance cannot hurt, refering to the Cymbal at 00:43:153 - .

  11. 01:46:120 (4,1) - Another appropriate spot for a dash. Could also be used for another Kiai interludium, because you can separate the first Kiai perfectly into two Kiai's by adding green lines : 01:46:450 - , 01:45:131 - , and then do the following in your timing setup:
    Same goes with your other difficulties. Too lazy to mention that everywhere.
  12. 01:51:230 (6) - CTRL + G for a better flow.
  13. 01:58:977 (2,3) - A full stream without skipping ticks is better, it feels like void the way you decided to map it. Just an illustration that is making some more reference to the timeline than the actual pattern.

  11. 01:14:637 (3,1) - For a Platter too much imo. You used these many Hypers inside the stream before, but it's really time to calm down a bit again... Do the following:
    After that you can use some more Hypers again at 01:16:120 - , 01:16:615 - , 01:18:758 - or similar spots.
  12. 01:35:901 (1) - x: 416 or 432 for having a better launch to 01:36:065 (2) - .
  13. So you already used a lot of Hypers until the first Kiai. But in the first half of your first Kiai we cannot find a single HDash, but c'mon... this is a Kiai, so it's ought to be trickier than the rest of your difficulty. The following spots can have some Hypers: 01:37:219 - , 01:38:538 - , 01:39:857 - , 01:41:175 - , 01:42:494 - , and so on... You already see what I'm aiming for.
  14. 02:30:626 (4,1) - Could really be a Dash.
  15. 02:36:395 (7,1) - This, too.
  16. 02:56:339 (1) - CTRL + G this and move it to somewhere as x:96 for better flow criterions.

  18. 03:24:031 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - Already very hard for a Platter. You can keep it but do not let it start with a Hyper at 03:23:702 (4,1) - , it's easy to do an unsuspected miss.
  19. 03:47:108 (1,2,3) - , 03:47:438 (4,5,6) - Scale up distances between these notes in each triplet sparsely for a better ending. The required movement is very low. Try 2,2 - 2,5 as distance between each note.

  1. 00:21:065 (5) - Rotate it more to the left to give a better launch for 00:21:230 (6,7,8,9) - . Previous and subsequent pattern require a lot of movement. You don't need to move at all and with that it makes the next pattern a bit hard to catch. Just do the following, it already does a huge difference:
  2. 00:43:318 (2) - Move this 2-3 grids more to the left, please. This plays a bit rough just after the HDash at 00:42:988 (7,1) - .
  3. 01:01:532 (11,1) - Potential place for some Dash/HDash, whatever you prefer on account of the "drum" at 01:01:615 - .
  4. 01:08:703 (3,4) - Hard to catch (4) after the hyper because it is such a soft pattern compared to the previous Hyper. Try this, plays very smooth:
  5. Your first Kiai in general is very inconsistent. For example you used HDashes here: 01:41:010 (10,1) - , but then again you started leaving them out there: 01:42:411 (13,1) - , 01:43:730 (14,1) - , and so on... Instead you gave totally new parts hypers which hadn't any hypers before, like 01:43:977 (2,3,4,5) - ... Anyway, I assume this is your style, so I will not touch this. I am just not a huge friend of inconsistency, you know that already. 2nd Kiai is very consistent btw, lol.
Rain is good, Salad / Platter could maybe get 1 or 2 more modders, should be ready then.

  5. 01:39:939 (255,256) - swap as dk ? I think it plays better. Also this one melody here 01:40:021 (256) - is higher pitched than this one : 01:39:939 (255) - . Messes up the flow pretty bad for me. not chaning something so crucial to the stream.
  6. 02:53:537 (178,179,1,2,3) - I personaly think that ddkkd will be better with the melody since this note is strong : 02:53:702 (1) - .
  7. 03:14:636 (156,157,1,2,3) - ^ (For both) This 5 notes pattern goes on the heavy drum fill in the background, no need to stray away from it if I'm trying to emphasize it.
[Muzukashii]

  1. 01:16:120 (353,354,355) - I'd suggest to change 355 as K since this one have different sound (the cymbal sound is stronger)

  • Damn, those streams still kick my ass. Will point out some things though, the difficulty is otherwise fine.
  1. 01:14:472 (96,97,98) - I'd consider a kkk here, or a kdd. kkd works nicely as well, but kkk D or kdd D plays better, and they all kinda fit. Not sure if it has to be played better though, the part is quite simple as is.
  2. 01:18:593 (114,115,116) - I just think it would be more interesting if you used ddd here, and dkd at 01:19:252 (119,120,121). Some legit pattern progression. It's not wrong as it is though.
  3. 01:39:527 (250) - k? Can notice you focused on the melody, but you could argue that the drum here is quite important, up to you really, but I think this stream would be better with it, because it wouldn't have a really complicated pattern just yet, it's the first stream of many after all.
  4. 01:44:142 (304,305,306) - This dkk inside a stream would be nicer if it was a kkd imo. If you went for pure melody, 01:44:060 (303) - as kat should be considered as well.
  5. 01:50:324 (376,377) - I think kd would play better here, sounds pretty cool too.
  6. 01:56:835 (453) - k? kdkkd ending is nicer here than kddkd imo.
  7. Overall stream section: I couldn't 100% figure out how did you come up with those patterns, most of them were quite intuitive, but some had really mean hand switches. That's all fine though, but I'd probably consider removing some of those offbeat kats because of the difficulty spike. They are otherwise fine, even if they stay, just a personal note.

  1. I'd consider this an easier Oni instead. The diff is quite good, but some parts are just too hard for Muzu. A combination of a long 1/2 chain with some 1/4 mixed in on this bpm can be quite a challenge.
  2. 00:22:219 (83) - I'd remove this because your "phrase" earlier is quite long. This diff might need slight note reduction so removing notes which don't make core rhythm can work.
  3. 00:26:670 (107) - Don't think you need this one, removing is fine. Same goes for other notes in the same structurized places/patterns.
  4. 00:40:681 (187,188,189) - I feel this as it's misplaced. I'd probably remove the first two, since the rhythm should be clear here (look here: 00:41:340 (191,192) - )
  5. 00:41:670 (193) - Removing this makes the upcoming doubles easier, which is more appropriate.
  6. 00:54:857 (244) - I think you dont need this yet. It's still quite early in the song to have such long patterns, which are in the kiai and the same.

[Futsuu]
  1. SV 1.2 recommended due to BPM.
  2. Generally fine, but some parts could be more interesting, will list them as I go.
  3. 00:10:351 - A perfect spot to make small variety but keeping your original base rhythm. Adding a d here makes stuff different and interesting, yet the same kinda.
  4. 00:19:087 - Another spot where adding a kat would make things a bit more interesting.
  5. 00:41:835 (103,104,105,106) - Not sure if appropriate for a futsuu. Generally, it would be fine, but these spots where this is mapped is kinda in between the instruments, not all notes fall on something specific so it could be a bit unexpected. Hard to catch for noobies maybe, idk.
  6. 02:44:471 - I believe you should make kiai a little more interesting, adding a few notes here and there (example 02:44:965 - adding a don, 02:46:779 - adding a don, 02:49:416 - adding a kat, etc), so it's a little bit harder, because Muzukashii is very hard; spread reasons.
Overall, I just think Muzu needs slight difficulty reduction and all is well, to improve Futsuu could add a couple of variations here and there (optional), and Oni is fine, but some patterns could be checked again just to be sure.

I know that they start at kicks, but LNs for kicks aren't really ~it~. Imho it would be better to start them 1/2 earlier to that synth (?) sound so you can actually feel what you're playing
00:40:526 - 00:41:515 - 3 noters for the strong sounds here? More satysfying to smash here since you have time to adjust to them (you can ignore 1st chord if you want because there is a note pretty close before it)
00:42:504 - Not accenting crash (or plate idk) here? You could add at 5th for reverse spaced stair pattern or at 1st for normal spaced stair pattern

The following spots can have some Hypers: 01:37:219 - , 01:38:538 - , 01:39:857 - , 01:41:175 - , 01:42:494 - , and so on... You already see what I'm aiming for. (Not really necessary to force them, it's quite difficult to introduce them in a streamy part)
  14. 02:30:626 (4,1) - Could really be a Dash. (Quite difficult to introduce a harder dash with 1/2s at such low BPM)

  2. 00:43:318 (2) - Move this 2-3 grids more to the left, please. This plays a bit rough just after the HDash at 00:42:988 (7,1) - . (Moved slightly, yeah)
  3. 01:01:532 (11,1) - Potential place for some Dash/HDash, whatever you prefer on account of the "drum" at 01:01:615 - . (Distanced it a bit, but I prefer to leave it more "simple" at that place. After the stream, that jump would be painful)
  4. 01:08:703 (3,4) - Hard to catch (4) after the hyper because it is such a soft pattern compared to the previous Hyper. Try this, plays very smooth: (I like the current effect of the kick-slider, and it's specially inclined to make it easier to catch)
  5. Your first Kiai in general is very inconsistent. For example you used HDashes here: 01:41:010 (10,1) - , but then again you started leaving them out there: 01:42:411 (13,1) - , 01:43:730 (14,1) - , and so on... Instead you gave totally new parts hypers which hadn't any hypers before, like 01:43:977 (2,3,4,5) - ... Anyway, I assume this is your style, so I will not touch this. I am just not a huge friend of inconsistency, you know that already. 2nd Kiai is very consistent btw, lol. (1st kiai was a real pain to map, cos I have to look for a balance to keep it not so tricky. Therefore, there are HDashes only in the most imprescindible beats, keeping the rest as simple dashes)
Rain is good, Salad / Platter could maybe get 1 or 2 more modders, should be ready then.

Now that this has been updated, here are some final thoughts that I had buzzing around for awhile

  1. 00:27:824 (3,4,5) - The momentum moving forward here is kinda halted by the stack pattern here. Maybe try to offset the stack shortly so the play continues moving forward smoothly (something like 0.3x-0.5x)
  2. 01:09:032 (6) - The rhythm and play can really benefit from a circle stack instead of a repeat slider imo. There some nice sounds you can make use of. Also players have been accustomed to the 1/4 play you have been building up so far in this section, so a circle stack can feel more natural here
  3. 01:21:890 (4,5) - I think it would be best if you follow your general rhythm scheme as before and use something like this rhythm. Fits your hitsounding better
  4. 01:36:395 (3,4,5,6) - The doubles were a bit awkward here. I think this would better fit as a stream due to the rhythm presented by the song. You can have a cool blanket stream on 01:36:890 (7) - 's slider end!
  5. 02:02:274 - There is a sound here at the end of this spinner you can have a hitsound to accent. Maybe try a soft whistle or something. You can do this for the rest of the diffs too
  6. 02:56:834 (3,4,5,6) - This forward moving 1/4 circle/slider pattern is a bit jerky and forced in regards to the way you used flow previously I suggest you try something like this, relying on the slider leniency to provide a more interesting and smoother flowing play

  3. 01:21:890 (4,5) - I think it would be best if you follow your general rhythm scheme as before and use something like this rhythm. Fits your hitsounding better

  4. 01:36:395 (3,4,5,6) - The doubles were a bit awkward here. I think this would better fit as a stream due to the rhythm presented by the song. You can have a cool blanket stream on 01:36:890 (7) - 's slider end!

  5. 02:02:274 - There is a sound here at the end of this spinner you can have a hitsound to accent. Maybe try a soft whistle or something. You can do this for the rest of the diffs too

  6. 02:56:834 (3,4,5,6) - This forward moving 1/4 circle/slider pattern is a bit jerky and forced in regards to the way you used flow previously I suggest you try something like this, relying on the slider leniency to provide a more interesting and smoother flowing play

  7. 03:12:493 (3,6) - 3's hitburst makes it hard to notice 6 and follow through into 03:13:152 (7) - . Looks very cluttered imo, maybe try a circle pattern instead?
