It is probably better to end your first kiai time at 01:09:248 - already since the voice is going down as well. 200ms difference between two kiai times seems pointless to me.

This looks more like a hard map to me. Main reason is that the slider speed is incredibly high for a normal (it's okay for a hard map).

01:06:810 (1,2,3) - there's something off with the distance here, fix
01:09:998 (3,4,5,6) - the singer's voice is going down and you want to make a small jump section here? i don't think this is wise. You are better off with oval flow here

I'm not really a fan of oversymmetric maps which focus on the map center like this one, but it's your design choice.
This Insane needs some polishment anyway.

00:24:248 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1) - this feels just weird to play simply because the distances are unequal - this destroys the oval flow you are trying to create here. go with equal distances.
00:42:248 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - this should be more consistent to 00:39:248 (1,2,3,4,5,6) -
00:44:873 (4,1,2,3,4,5,6) - same issue like in hard map
01:08:310 (4,5,6,7,8,9,2,3) - 'straight up straight down' flows (and vice versa) are generally bad flows, and you should aboid them here

01:21:248 (1,2) - this should be a slider
I still feel discontent with building a symmetric insane map for this song, it just don't fit the song at all.
