To me, it feels like the distance of the notes are too uniform regardless of the difference in rhythm. For example, 00:02:556 (4,5,6) on Insane should be farther apart from each other so it is clear that each of the notes are 1/2s instead of 1/4s(1/4s instead of 1/8s in actual musical terms).

This is a huge problem, because it really messes with the ability of the players to actually see the rhythm.

  • General
  1. nazi, the resolution of BG is 1365x768. make sure to make it perfectly with resolution 16:9 (1366x768)
  2. remove all of http://puu.sh/8COuC.png, didn't make any effects on play and didn't use it on editor
  3. you didn't use soft-hitclap,soft-hitfinish and soft-slidertick2 so remove all for them

  • Platter
  1. Wrong setting. should be AR 8 (OD same with AR so OD8) and HP 5 here. AR 9 is too fast and hard to read
  2. the drum sound doesn't fit from begining until 00:19:174 - so i would suggest use S:C1 since the main sound is flute on this song. You can see my GD for how to hitsound
  3. 00:04:953 (2) - this jump a little bit too hard and feel forced to catch, reduce the spacing around x:420. if you agree, 00:05:113 (3) - x:344
  4. 00:09:267 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - a nice jump pattern but imo the spacing are too far each others. try to reduce each spacing and it would be nice to play
  5. 00:10:226 (7) - NC, the combo is too long. based music, it should be use NC here
  6. 00:16:618 (7) - give more movement to make it better x:256
  7. 00:18:855 (6) - give more consistent spacing of movement here. easier to read. x:192
  8. 00:19:494 - add 1/2 slider to follow the music? it fits a lot ~

should watch your distance snap, it changes a lot, should not be changing this much for a normal!

00:00:000 (1) - no problem really, but starting map with slider makes it easier to hit first note.
00:01:278 (3,4,1) - watch the distance, playable but still consider a fix

  3. The song ends pretty abruptly... Is this because of a truncation by you or is it part of the song?

Fixing fairly trivial things like this will contribute to the overall quality of your map. It will help improve the look of the map and how it plays. I suggest you try test all difficulties more (and more!) to try and discern where flow and spacing can be improved.
