Comprehensible input basically means input you can understand (Dreaming Spanish has a video explaining how to learn a language, even though there are English subtitles readily available). Immersive input is input while you don't understand it, you learn the sounds of the language. You will need a LOT of listening hours before you begin to speak it, read it and write it (In my case, for Spanish, I would need roughly 2,000 hours and have a vocabulary of 7,000 words in order to begin reading, writing and speaking it)
Crosstalk is the method where a speaker of the German language that is interested and you (speaking what I assume to be Norwegian and/or English) speak to each other in your native language. You hear the German spoken while your partner would hear either Norwegian or English in order that you both get the sounds of your target language (again, you getting the sounds of German, whereas your partner gets the sounds of your native tongue).
