I personally shower every time I go outside and i'm exposed from the heat, if not, If i'm at my computer with an adequate temperature without really moving at all, I take a shower every other day, if I'm really really really still like i'm dead inside and I literally dont do shit for 2 days, I can take like 2 days in a row max without showering
