I want to upload my skin designed by me and made around me but I want to publish it with no idea on how to do that. Will someone be able to help or tell me how to do it? Any info will be neccesary thx.

You can upload your skin to an online service such as Google Drive or MediaFire to host it.
Then make a thread at the Work in progress skins (Remixed skins if using elements from other skins), where you put some screenshots of your skin and the link to your skin given by the website you upload it.
