slider track opacity/colour question

is it possible to have the slider track be the same colour as your combo but more transparent, for example

the slider track is the same colour as my combo but its way too opaque and can make it hard to see circles underneath the track

Same color of the combo: yes
To do that, just remove 'SliderTrackOverride' from your skin.ini if it's here.


Set the opacity: no.
In your picture, this is the slider's animation which change the opacity. Because the slider's opacity increases when he spawns his opacity (he goes from 0% to 100%), and decreases until he dissapears once passed.

it would be nice if they implemented a slider track opacity option in the skin.ini

Just set the sliderstrackoverride to the RGB value of black or dark gray-ish and you'll pretty much have a cleaner and easier to look slider. Personally I don't really need slidertrack opacity that much anyways.
