Hmm, i think your timing is already good. But i notice something that you should change.

First, your bg is stretched from original image, and tbh, it doesnt look good. Dont force 4:3 image to be 16:9 image. Just use your original image. Its looks more good.
Second, kiai time should start at 00:53:831 - because the downbeat is at that time.
Third, i feel your hard is almost as easy as normal, try to make it more harder. I suggest HP Drain, AR, OD +1

00:40:558 (3) - Align it with previous and next note
01:13:831 (1,2,3,4) - There is a big problem in the spacing. You don't keep the same between the notes.
