I got a new skin recently and I notice when i'm playing the usual accuracy meter in the top right under the score counter is 10000? i'm kinda confused and i've been looking and I cant seem to find where I can make it to 100 again

You mean that the accuracy meter permanently shows 100% acc? Sounds like the creator put that onto scorebar-bg to give the illusion of permanent SS.
