I like adding either honey or sugar, depending on the type of tea I'm having, Camomile is great with honey
I like to drink my tea plain.

I drink my tea in a 32oz bottle (0.95L) with ~1/3 cup (~67 grams estimated by google) pure cane sugar (eyeballed, i just add until the water rises enough), I heat it up twice in the microwave, once without the sugar then with sugar mixed in so I have to do less mixing, then i drop in a tea bag of whatever I'm feeling and let it steep indefinitely as I drink it, though i'll wait a few minutes before I start drinking.
