Since a lot of people here don't really play the game those who do and care about ranking and stuff are more likely to go in another team.
Multiple OT! Teams just wouldn't work with the 1-team-per-person system.

Isn't that just like an in-game IRC channel? Not many people really use that outside of multi in the first place. At best I can see some tourney use but that's about it.
