I might just be me but the approach rate on hard makes me want to move faster than I should. Maybe lower it by one.

[General]

- as i see original artist name is Spiritsoulxx (Source), and not really sure,, is it so necessary to keep (Orchestra Edition), better (Orchestra Ver.) or just remove it.
- I dislike backround, it seems that resolution was worse, and you just increased it. To be honest, even if it was in awesome quality, i wouldn't like it anyway. Find something better, come on it's touhou, there are tones of pictures on various websites.
- keep same length in ALL difficulties.
- keep same count of kiai mods in all difficulty (ignoring taiko). Kiai mod MUST be placed perfectly on tick.

- set audio lead-in to 1500 perfectly (1.5 seconds)
- Mark "Letter box during breaks" in all difficulties.
- Also i'm totally disagree with Normal hitsounds. Use Soft.
- Flandre on Background. So i guess you should use colors of her crytal wings :P.
Red, Orange, Purple, Green. fits much better.

- stucky spacing between 1/2 notes. Increase distance spacing by 0.1x (1.3x should be) and respace all notes)

This difficulty is much better then your normal, less random stuff.

00:31:987 (1,2,3,4) - looks weird and with such AR plays horrible, better to use something else instead of stucks.
00:53:726 (4,5,6,7) - more patterns, more style instead of boring stacks.
01:42:422 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) - such stuff is hard to read. Use sliders?
02:37:205 (4) - it's not perfect, it looks odd, it dose not fit at all ;_;

00:07:639 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - неее, тут уже проблема со спейсингом давай уж согласовано всё. 00:08:074 (5) - эту нотку поставь по спесингу.
00:18:292 (1,2,3,4,5) - вот идут триплеты и всё портиться вот эти слайдером 00:18:944 (1) - выравнивай уже лучше симметрично, чем ничего.
00:21:770 (1,2,3,4,5,1) - стенки из кружков это плохая идея. Лучше как выше с триплетами ^
00:25:900 (1,2) - а ведь прочитать тяжело на самом деле. оно путается с 1/2 другое дело если бы такая штука c 1/4 повторялась вечно, а вот нет, у тебя такой же стак с 1/2 есть. 00:32:857 (4,5) - 00:33:726 (6,7) - 00:35:683 (5,6) - .
Поэтом лучше всё же по спейсингу. Да и если честно, ненравится мне паттерн такой.

The difficulty settings are not fixed and even different mappers have their different "guidelines".
OD and HP somwhow reflect the difficulty of the map so it need not be confined to 5,5,5,5.
so no change, but thx for mod~

The low volume usually makes finishes get lost, and also im not particularly fond of normal whistles, if you're going to use 45% Normal sampleset, might as well just use soft for the whole thing at a higher volume, so finishes can be louder than whistles and regular hits which is how i think they are supposed to be, since they are some enphasis hitsound.
00:08:074 (5,6,7,8) - Unstack 5 from the others? an uneven stack is quite annoying to play, and would look more symmetrical placing it as a mirror of 00:07:639 (2,3,4).
00:55:900 (2,3) - I dont agree with this when mappers use reverses like this it's mostly because the next note is also halfway in the timeline, not when they are the same.
01:22:857 (1,2,3,4,5) - This pattern here is weird, and it's spacing is weird too, it's like you're trying to force 2 patterns into one, which is not a good idea, as it normally is unappealing and sometimes even confusing.
02:20:248 (5) - The pattern here looks cut in the middle because you went to the center instead of continuing the diamond shape, this is normally ok if (5) was half a distance in the timeline than the rest, but nope it isnt, so i'd recommend you making (5) a mirror of (3).
02:21:335 (2,3) - This jump is awkward because the rythm isn't jumping at all, more skilled players will probably hit it fine since they are already used to the 1/2 rythm from playing the rest of the song, however that doesnt make it look any better, so i'd recommend you even the sapcing with (1).

03:02:639 (2,3,4,5) - Really weird stacking, for a harder diff i wouldnt recommend this.

I removed all finish hitsounds from (1,3) and I added soft whistles there because there are no cymbals there (my bad)... If I would have added finishes on (2,4) that would be too much IMO.
