To the PadOT! Coalition,
It is my opinion that your mission for peace is misguided, and while your prospects are ambitious, ultimately your existence is threatening. I write this as a warning and advice.
First, your attempted peace with padoru is unacceptable. Padoru multiply, raid, conquer, and spread their chant everywhere they exist. The mere act of proposing peace with them and creating this coalition make me suspect that you are under their mind control influence. You cannot be trusted. You shall be required to undergo an investigation by me to determine your integrity. Otherwise you shall become my enemy.
Next, your prospects are ambitious but questionable. I respect your efforts and many of things listed are things I would like to see. Yet many of these things also correlate with power and intent to control. I urge you to enter negotiations with the OT!Government concerning required regulation to ensure that non of the projects can be abused by any one individual. Otherwise, you shall be the enemy of the OT!Government.
Finally, your governing rights cannot cause disruption to denizen activities. Most of the rights outlined are acceptable. Yet beware, while you may urge your members to follow your governing rights, ultimately it shall be the choice of your members whether to follow them or leave the coalition. That said, you have no power to prevent trade of any good or service outside of your coalition. To do so must be considered an act of terrorism, which I am sure to be met with extreme response.
Awaiting your compliance,
OT Parliament member abraker
