Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid. Watched it 4 years ago, which also got me into Anime stuff in general.

Technically speaking, my first anime was the beginning 17 episodes of Naruto. I highly regret starting with that as I had no interest in it whatsoever and it was actually the reason why I put off anime for another 2 years.
The anime that actually got me back into anime, was Sword Art Online. From that I discovered my preferred genres of Romance, slice of life and drama.

I consider my first anime to be One Punch Man, I watched some mid-season episodes one night on my TV, as it was broadcasted on a channel, and I found that very cool.
Even though, I guess that technically Pokemon could be considered my first anime, or even Goldorak (my father once wanted me to watch some episodes as a child).
Later after that, I decided to begin my list of anime (with anime I really decided to watch myself) with Attack on Titan; so One Punch Man is first on the list (even if it's not an "intentional watch") and second is Attack on Titan (as the first I wanted to see).

when i was a kid i watched pokemon and ponyo, but besides that it was A Silent Voice
depends, if we are talking anime in general it would be pokemon, if we are talking first non childhood anime it would be sword art online, and if we talk about first anime i willingly wanted to watch and complete it would be darling in the franxx 
can't remember now but my first was either YuYu Hakusho, Slam Dunk, or DBZ
It is SAO (why is this my first one? lol)
