Yea pretty much, but a bit more than that. Just making one in a vacuum doesnt necessarily show dedication for OT. You gotta be part of what makes OT great.

Denizenships are automatically revoked once you're banned from Osu and the Osu forums.

when you will achieve 500 posts and you weren't inactive in a month or so. I think these are the requirements.
500 posts really isn't that difficult, you just have to be a minimum active on the forums. I'm doing ~20 posts a day and I'm going on the forums only 2 or 3 times a day. Just talk in there and you will get it sooner than you think.

This isn't the place for this type of shit though. Most people here are extremely apathetic towards people's personal issues and don't want to hear about them. I understand venting during the appropriate times and places, but this isn't the case. This has been going on repeatedly for some time now with Winny.
