first off the start of the maps spacing is a lil too cramped i do advise to give it the same spacing all the way through, it would give it a better flow and play better fixed

i also think your using a few too many spinners, spinners are good but when you have soo many small ones it can really knock the play off. i would advise to see if you can map where some of the spinners are, this way it will make the map more fun for ppl remaped 4 spinners

总体来说，我建议以后做图可以多试试看跟着大体节奏，不一定非要跟着歌词语调走，因为这首歌很轻飘飘的，所以跟歌词就比较难map（尤其是vocal偶尔会抢拍）
04:20:785 (1,1,1,1,1,1) - 这个串，我觉得可以删成和音乐一样的x x x，排列可以放开一点 最后一个note在蓝线上的缘故所以我觉得如果把这儿做成jumping note可能会坑到不少人

No there's no rule that says that or about the white tick, it's just that ALMOST always it goes on the long white tick, however seeing as that one kiai and the one in the previous diffs were just off by 1/2 made me wonder, the strong beat does start on 1/1 not 1/2, but if you guys find it makes more sense on the 1/2 one i dont mind at all, however it would make more sense since both diffs have kiai times around the same spots, to also share the start time of the kiai.
All in all it's just what makes more sense rather than "rules" so yeah, and there WAS a kiai fountain spam before http://puu.sh/163r i still remember that i took a puush of it, but if that got fixed then no problem i'll recheck this map shortly.
Edit: So in the end you removed kiai because you didnt want kiai to make sense huh... if that's how you want to play it then i suggest you start looking for another MAT to bubble this because i dont want to bubble a mapper that's taking the easy way out, or even touching a guest taiko diff where kiai IS important.
