General
You appear to be using skin elements from Loogiesquared's Speed Racer 2008 beatmap. Do you have permission? If so, state this in your opening post. If not, get permission before continuing to use them. Same goes for any other skin elements you might have borrowed.

Your clap hitsound is louder on the left speaker than it is on the right. Not terribly noticeable while playing, but something I noticed while looking in the editor.

Speaking of hitsounds, they are way too loud on the loud parts. Soften them some to make the music more audible.

This was mapped pretty well. Nothing specific to comment on here, really. The large amount of bouncing sliders might be inappropriate for easy difficulty? I'm not sure. It's probably fine.

You said in your last post that this is meant to be a normal diff, so I'll mod under that assumption.

In general, this is mapped too densely for me to think of it as a normal. I'll let you make of this what you want. I do have some specific things that need to be fixed though:

00:35:398 (1) - the zigzag here... definitely not normal difficulty. Map this differently.

01:04:977 (1) - un-jump the spacing here. it's not appropriate for normal. Also do three four-point sliders instead of four three-point sliders.

01:10:324 (1) - reduce spacing and don't use all these sharp corners.
01:12:998 (2) - same goes here with the zigzag.

Going to second karenying's comment that there's a lot of copy-paste going on in a rather short map here. Consider remapping parts of it.

00:40:746 (1,2) - hiding a slider endpoint with a repeat on it underneath another slider like this... not sure this is rankable. Might want to rearrange them just in case.
00:48:099 (1,1) - same here.
00:58:794 (1,1) - same here.
01:20:184 (1,1) - same here.
01:30:879 (1,1) - same here. look at these as opportunities to vary up your mapping a bit. :)

00:53:279 (1,2) - this sounds kind of weird. Maybe just make this a single slider without bouncing shenanigans? This is really a suggestion, it's fine as it is if you like it.

01:04:977 (1,2,3,4) - same as in Out... three sliders instead of four makes more sense.

Closing comments

The maps here need a lot of work but you've got a decent foundation and something really good could come out of this. If you ever want me to take a second look at this map in the future, let me know. I might not get to immeidately (see: the amount of time between your post in my queue and this post I'm making) but I will when I can.

Sorry for the late mod, I've had a lot of problems lately.

Please remember that these are only suggestions. Feel free to ignore any of them.

General:
Your mp3 bitrate is 320kbps, which is unrankable. You have to scale it down to 256kbps at most.
Moreover, storyboard pictures must be below 800x600px. This concerns:
- Oversharpened.png
- Blured.png
- Blackandwhite.png
- WhiteBEAT.png
(edit: forgot .png)
I'd recommend you to add a approachcircle.png

Storyboard:
00:16:514 - For a reason I don't understand, the Storyboard load goes above 10 right before this point. It might go down when you scale the pictures down, though.

Normal (Blow):
This feels more like a Easy to me. If you set the circle size to 1 (that is, the biggest) it will be a decent Easy.
01:14:669 (1) - I think it would be better moved 18 grids lvl 3 down - it would be symmetrical to (3) and wouldn't hidden by the spinner.

Hard (Out):
This whole diff feels bland at times in my humble opinion: too many times there are gaps between the notes. The low spacing makes it slow, too, which reinforces the bland feeling. Moreover, the beginning is the same pattern that repeats 6 times: here again, it reinforces the bland feeling. You should try to fill in the blanks between notes, based on the music.

00:26:541 - This is an example of a gap that should have had notes in it.

First thoughts: The combo numbers could be bigger, they are almost invisible in the yellow combo colour. But this is just me.

01:11:661 - Consider adding a circle here

Out:

00:43:586 (1,2,3) - Im really against positioning them at the center. The combo hits of 00:42:250 (3,4) and the spinner's hits are still visible, making them hard to see, besides... They are yellow, and the combo numbers are so small, and the spacing is so small, making them even harder to see. So ill suggest to move them away from the center
01:11:828 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - Hard to see :(
Anyways, as a general recommendation for your maps in the future, is to not use such small spacing, i personally thinks that it makes it harder cause its harder to see, and it doesn't look so good anyways.

This is outstanding... I don't think I've ever seen such an awesome beatmap in my life. It's stylish, fun to play, and really creative. The only thing I can think of that would need changing is the difficulty names. You've got Blow, Out, and Louder as difficulties, when the lyrics of the song say Blow, Up, Louder. You might want to fix that small inconsistency, but other than that, I can't see anything wrong with this.

The funniest part is that I'm not even familiar with either Durarara or Dj Sharpnel. It's just that this song begs to be mapped.

I really liked what you did, except for the fact that every difficulty pretty much only had a few chunks of it actually mapped, the rest just copy+pasted in. Even if the background beat is identical, you could at least put some variation in there. This doesn't apply to cracked or galvenize's difficulty.

Also they perfectly fit in my opinion and I can't think of any other better way to map these parts.
Anyway, here is my updated version.
I decreased AR by 1 and made one jump a bit easier.

Even if you don't follow the modder's advice, did you not follow it because of your personal choice only, and not because the modding seemed pointless to you?
Did you not already give the modder kudosu for a mod post on the same map recently?
If you can answer yes to all of these questions, feel free to give the modder their well-earned kudosu!

The Blured BG image was moving the way that the original BG could also be seen resulting in ugly stripes on the sides :X

on [cracked] the epilepsy warning blocks 2 notes. There's 3 ways to fix this: Disable the epilepsy warning (put it in first post?), storyboard the epilepsy warning, or move the notes.

The British Health and Safety Executive recommend that a net flash rate for a bank of strobe lights does not exceed 5 flashes per second, at which only 5% of photosensitive epileptics are at risk. It also recommends that no strobing effect continue for more than 30 seconds, due to the potential for discomfort and disorientation.
Anyone in the 5% shouldn't be playing osu, and should be extremely careful in what they play if they do. This is under 5 Hz and well under 30 second duration.

I can't find the rules on the epilepsy warning, but I don't think it's a problem if you do any of the 3 fixes.
