Other difficulties switch to Normal hitsounds about a minute in. Why doesn't this one?

- This song uses a 3/4 Time Signature, please change this D:
- Delete spyro down of the dragon from tags, since you already have this on source. You may want to delete "final song" too, I'm not sure of how accurate would this be when searching... xD
- I recommend to map all the diffs to the same length... =x

Skin:
- You should make custom score numbers or make the HP bar a bit smaller, it covers the first one =x http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/40971
- As I already told you on IRC, red/yellow combination doesn't fit too much with the purple spyro bar, maybe use a brown/light yellow combination?

- Overall Difficulty -1?
- Use 1 Tickrate? I don't know, 2 feels a bit too much for me, just an opinion.

- I would really leave the beginning unmapped, it's just making a rythm that doesn't exist on the song actually, so just start at the same point as the other diffs >:
- Personally, I don't think the 2x parts really fit the song, I see them more like "how to add difficulty to the map". If you really want a speed up at the choruses though, you can make a slight speed change like maybe... 1.30x-1.50x. Double is too much here.

00:36:570 (1,2,3,4) - Try to mantain the same spacing on the same combo. This spacing change is a bit out of place anyways >:

This needs a lot of improvement >_<, specially the hardest diffs. Easy and Normal are pretty nice, but then at Hard you start putting high spacings and jumps/streams that don't really fit the song and makes the map much harder than it should be. Insane is pretty overmapped too, most of the jumps or streams feel like you just wanted the map to be HARD and don't fit a calm and nice song like this >.<

IRC mod; I tested insane. Things to remember:
Consider reducing health drain.
See if reducing the approach rate would fit, I think it's a bit too fast for the mood of the song.
Combo colors don't exactly make sense to me. But okay.
Some of the stacks sound just like bursts. I can't hear anything from the song to validate them.
Try to find an MP3 file with a higher volume.
And if not, at least reduce comboburst volume, and hitsound volume.

All in all, I like the song, map, and background :D Have a star.

01:19:320 (3,4,5) - I personally think that putting Claps on these three notes would sound really cool. That's just me though.
01:20:445 (1) - You might want to place a Cymbal at the end of this spinner. Might make the map sound even more epic. :)

I would say it's fine for ranking bar any minor changes.

the end kiai is different on the normal and easy. any reason?

have extra tags the normal and easy don't have. also saw dawn of the dragon in the tags. doesn't need to be there. same with spyro

also i think the whistle might be a bit loud on the hard and insane but then again..i'm not much for a hitsound expert T-T

Anyway, as I said, your mapping style flows rather nicely. You should be rather proud of that. I'm unsure that this sort of song (The whole atmosphere and whatnot) would honestly befit something of such difficulty for [Guide You Home], but I found it pretty fun anyway, so it's not bad. xD

Love the Spyro stuff you got going. I noticed that scorebar-bg.png overlaps one of the 0's in the score number though. Are you able to fix that?

Not exactly a mod, but some suggestions.

Easy (Friends): A bit too fast-paced in my mind for an easy. The slider velocity is the same as Normal (Allies), so how about lowering it to say... 0.9? Also, the distance spacing is a bit high, so I'd like to see notes spaced closer than they are right now. Be advised that distance spacing is partially dependent on slider velocity, so you'll actually need to raise the distance snap (you'll see once you change the SV). Also, avoid using short/kick sliders like 01:17:070 (4) in easy difficulties. The multiple repeats can be very confusing for newer players.

Normal (Allies): A bit linear in spots, but that's not a bad thing. Many of the spinners are wayyyy too long though (and remind me of airman spinners). 03:51:195 (4) is a nice rainbow slider (long slider that goes across the screen during kiai time, usually with a repeat or two), but could be nazi'd with the nodes to make it 100% symmetrical. ;p

Hard (Alliance): I think it's been mentioned many times, but the spacing is a bit strange in here. You have lots of beats that are a white tick apart with spacing that's a bit too easy for a Hard, but then you have 1/2 (eighth) notes with waaaaaay too large of spacing that would belong in an Insane. Also, the slider speed change from 1x to 0.5x at 02:50:070 (2,1) is a bit extreme. How about changing the 0.5x to say... 0.75x?

Insane (Guide You Home): This difficulty flows much better than the last, especially since the difficulty level fits better. I really don't see the need for the speed warnings (especially since you used 1.5x instead of 2x), but the choruses are a bit more extreme than they need to be, so perhaps toning them down a little would help. And again, perhaps try using 0.75x instead of 0.5x speed.

I see a lot of potential in this mapset, so this definitely gets my star as well. I wish you good luck and I hope to have the chance to take another look at this in the future!

PS: I really like the bg used in the guest diff, so I'd like to see it used it more difficulties (but that's up to you ;p).

Your hitsound volume levels are pretty inconsistent between difficulties. Make them all the same (around 30% is good) and up the volume a bit during the kiai sections. You did a good job of this with Guide You Home... consider using that one as a model.

03:03:945 (1,2,3,4,5) - this looks kind of sloppy. Make it symmetric. Optionally, make the spacing between each one the same.

Overall, solid mapset. All it really needs is a bit of polish and it's good to go... look for places where you can pretty the map up.
