NoHItter eats pancake XD.jpg is 960x768. we advise 4:3 ratio for osu backgrounds, maybe fix this like 800x600 and 1024x768

average 128 mp3, its ok i guess but not great sounding >_>

02:55:320 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - bad idea to give this the same spacing as the combo's before what was 1/2 when these are 1/1. i advise to widen the spacing abit here

IRC mod; I tested insane. Things to remember:
Consider reducing health drain.
See if reducing the approach rate would fit, I think it's a bit too fast for the mood of the song.
Combo colors don't exactly make sense to me. But okay.
Some of the stacks sound just like bursts. I can't hear anything from the song to validate them.
Try to find an MP3 file with a higher volume.
And if not, at least reduce comboburst volume, and hitsound volume.

All in all, I like the song, map, and background :D Have a star.

I find a lot of rhythm that is unnecessary or awkward.
Sorry I can't really mod this diff... :(

Easy: 00:46:695 (1,2,3,4) - You have a clap on the 3rd note when it needs to be on the 1st and 2nd to follow the rhythm.
00:48:945 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - Try removing the Clap on the tail end of (2) and placing new claps on (4) and (6).
01:19:320 (3,4,5) - I personally think that putting Claps on these three notes would sound really cool. That's just me though.
01:20:445 (1) - You might want to place a Cymbal at the end of this spinner. Might make the map sound even more epic. :)
01:54:945 (4) - A clap on the first rebound would sound nice.

02:05:820 (1) - This slider is too close to the end of the spinner for an Easy, let the newbies recover from spinners!! Maybe finish the spinner 1/1 note earlier (white tick)?

The main problem I see on insane is the mix of looong and fast jumps with some places when the spacing goes suddenly so small. In my honest opinion the map would be insane enough with just the speedups, but probably other people don't think it's that bad... xD

Overall it's probably fine, but there were a few instances of things like 03:56:070 (1,2,3) in insane which really threw me off, although you've probably already gone through those in all these pages of discussion (at least I'm really hoping someone's already pointed them out).

I would say it's fine for ranking bar any minor changes.
