*Why not just force the Lucky Star skin instead of adding it to the folder? (Although, you'd want to keep the different combobursts) If you don't want to do this, then you need to add some skin elements which are missing from the folder.
*approachcircle.png, cursortrail.png, and ready.png are what I notice. Please add those to the folder (even if they're from the default skin so they don't clash with a player's custom skin) and full submit.

08:56:409 - What a strange way to end the map here. It's kinda awkward... Perhaps try a spinner decreasing in volume or something after this for the fade-out? =/
*Remember to keep inherited sections before the note you want them actually on to make sure they work even if the player hits early/late. The only time they should be ON the note is for kiai. You seem to place the sections correctly in some spots, but wrong in others. I see bpm slider change sections directly on notes, which I especially suggest to avoid to make sure the sliders don't break (I've seen this happen in ranked maps before and I'd hate to see it again). Also, some sections are sloppy, such as kiai ending during or after a break in random spots.
Now for uninherited timing sections... I wish I could give you accurate timings, but this is too insane for me to test. ;A;

078,865 - Could probably use a +10.
107,072 - Should start at 01:47:404, and also feels a bit off (the last couple sets of notes get behind). BPM 182 seems to feel much better.
111,393 - Why is this here? Notes aren't even snapped to it. Remove this section.
112,594 - Metronome sounds really early... Perhaps a +20 to this section?
162,864 - Unnecessary. Remove this.
163,304 - Fine.
208,480 - Okay.
209,538 - Should start at 03:29:890.
250,804 - Fine.
300,014 - 170BPM with +20 or +25 to offset felt much better to me (beginning was too early, and the ending was too slow)
350,710 - Fine.
429,914 - I'm thinking a +10 here. (one of the few sections I could actually play test for accuracy)
Remember to rensap notes after making timing changes (and be careful since some parts use 1/3 snap - It'd probably be better to individually resnap incorrect sections, actually).
