Questionable use of 1/4 sliders.

Edit: Forgot diff, highest one.

Another Edit: People want me to explain, so let me explain. 1/4 sliders seem to be forced and stretching vocals that make the vocals quite confusing because they seem inchoerent.

I am not quite sure does the Guideline allowed this nowadays, but from my memory on 1 year ago, there's a map has got DQ'd for the same reason, even i don't agree with it, but the creator ended up changed it

I asked some people and they mostly said no, too

this map is ranked, therefore there's nothing that can be done about it
this kind of cases can only be handled by ppy, loctav or special staff

adding to the problem, there's a not needed 'tv size' tag
