- LR_DS - Snare.wav has a lot of unnecessary silence at the end, here's a fix http://puu.sh/tXIt7.wav
- Concerning LR_CymbalFSU and LR4_CyCV2, they pretty much sound the same, except one is longer than the other. Like, do you really need the different lengths? If not, I'd just remove the shorter one or something and substitute it with the longer cymbal. i think its a bit different ? @@
- soft-hitnormal2 is less than 100ms, here's a fix http://puu.sh/tXILJ.wav
- 03:55:942 - Why can't you just end the Kiai on 03:56:026 - , which is a downbeat and cleaner to see?
[Beginner Bubbles!]
00:07:487 - to 00:10:184 - Rip column 2. I'd move 00:09:172 (9172|2) - to 2 to try and make it more balanceed.
00:27:712 (27712|0) - I think it'd be a cool idea to move this to 3 so it's stacked with 00:28:049 (28049|2) - since they're the same sound.
00:30:408 (30408|0,30408|1,31082|3,31082|2) - You've used these kinds of jumps all the time. Vary them a little so that this section doesn't feel like playing the same thing over and over with just a few variations. Maybe a [13][24] or [23][14] pattern would work?
00:36:476 (36476|0,36476|1) - Similar to what I said above
01:01:082 (61082|1,61419|3) - I think it'd be cool to move this onto the other hand for a larger hand movement, like this
https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/730089101:02:768 (62768|3) - I'd move this onto another column since the sounds aren't the same, but stacking them gives the impression that it is. Maybe 1 would be cool?
01:11:195 (71195|2) - I'd move to the other hand since hitting while holding an LN is a bit harder to do on the same hand. Maybe like this?
https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/7300952 Actually, I would make the note a 1/1 LN for the sudden release of the music.
01:16:757 (76757|3,76925|1) - I would consider moving to 1 and 4 to show off the different spacings by using larger distances between notes
01:16:925 - to 01:19:622 - Dude, you gotta stop oppressing column 2. It's unfair. It just wants to be loved like the rest of the columns.
01:30:745 - 01:31:251 - I'd consider adding notes here for the snare and kick so that timing the release of the LN is easier as there will be a note at the end of them to act as a visual and physical cue (physical cause the player's fingers move to hit it)
01:48:948 - I feel like this sound is pretty heavily accented, so I might add another note here in 2 for it
02:16:251 - My god, they have two beats of rest between the notes, you can use a different pattern that isn't just [12][34] Q_Q
02:24:172 (144172|0) - K, this is unsnapped. It's 1/3, similar to 02:23:891 (143891|3) - . On a different note though, I am going to say that 1/3 on an easy is probably too difficult and fast for this level to be using. While I'll rarely ever require you change something, this is one of those times. That 1/3 needs to go, cause players of this level are still adjusting to 1/2, and using 1/3 is too fast and unexpected at this bpm. To further this, you didn't map the 1/3 at 02:37:150 - , so it's also a bit of a consistency thing I guess. Instead, I'd just use simple 1/1 in this section. If you want to represent the sounds better, you can even try using reverse shields like this
https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/730102102:29:285 (149285|1,149622|3) - Similar to what I mentioned above, remove these and just leave it as 1/1. If you take the idea I suggested above, move 02:29:397 (149397|2) - to 1, and move 02:29:060 (149060|0) - to 2 to avoid a three note stack.
02:30:408 - I'd add a note here to represent the end of the LN with a snare.
02:31:757 - Similar to above
02:36:813 - I think it'd be fine to add a note here in 1 for the kick, since it'll be put on the other hand.
02:37:824 (157824|0) - I would end this Ln at 02:38:498 - and add a note there for the snare, like this
https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/730108402:38:835 (158835|2) - Similar to the above, I'd end this at 02:39:509 - and cap it with a short note
02:42:543 (162543|3,162712|0) - I don't understand why you split the LN here when there's no obvious change from the vocal. I'd just combine them into one single LN in 1.
02:45:577 - Kind of what I mentioned a few lines above, but I'd make this a double since it's like the lead into the next section of the music.
03:22:655 - Would recommend adding a short note in 2 for the snare, similar to 03:21:307 (201307|3,201981|1) -
03:23:330 - ^ Similarly
baghh the replied is gone =.= almost all applied[Intermediate Igloos!]
00:50:464 (50464|2,50970|2) - I'd move these to 2 so that the chord is complementary to 00:49:959 (49959|0,49959|2) -
oki00:51:785 (51785|0,51869|1) - I can hear why you'd put this on the 1/12 before, but the attack comes in at 00:51:813 - , so for simplicity's sake, I'd just move it up there.
oops @@ fixed00:55:015 - Add a note in 1? You did a similar patterning with the notes I mentioned above, where you capped it using a jump
okay fixed 01:06:139 - If this were 1/4, then sure, maybe it'd be fine, but with the 1/1 space between each note, this is really monotonous to play. I'd try and vary the pattern a bit like so
https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/7301299 nice owo)b01:21:644 (81644|1) - This is a different pitch from 01:21:307 (81307|1) - , so I would consider moving this into a different column. Maybe this would work?
https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/7301322 fixed with my own pattern01:34:453 (94453|0) - Similarly, I don't understand why this is stacked with the previous note. Try this instead?
https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/7301327 ok fixed02:18:948 - While there's nothing unplayable about 1/3 stairs, in general, I just really dislike stairs lol. Imo, this would play better instead
https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/7301349 wahh this nice , fixed :302:31:251 (151251|2,151419|3,151757|2) - I think it'd be cool to overlap the LNs to represent that one sound goes over the other, like this
https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/7301355 oki02:42:543 (162543|0,162712|3,163217|0) - Similar to what I mentioned about overlapping the LNs, I'd try the same here by moving the third note to 3 and the first note extending to 02:43:217 -
fixed03:36:813 (216813|0,217150|0) - 03:38:161 (218161|2,218498|2) - Why are they stacked? It's the only place in the entire section where they are, so it seems kind of surprising to suddenly introduce them and never use them again.
fixeeeed[Hyper Handshakes!]
00:38:498 (38498|1,38498|0,38667|2,38835|3,38835|1,39004|0) - I think it'd be a great idea to use 1/2 stacks for these notes since their pitch is pretty close to the same. Like this
https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/7301386 okay fixed00:51:785 (51785|0,51869|1) - Similar to what I said in Intermediate about moving the kicks up by 1/12
fixed01:10:184 - Since this is supposed to be a hard, I would save the jumptrill for the last diff and just use a 1/4 burst to help prepare the player for the next diff, where you do use jumptrills. Like so
https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/7301445 okay , im adding double for the kick and a bit re-arrange your suggestion01:28:554 (88554|2,88723|3) - 01:29:903 (89903|0,90071|1) - I would stack these notes to make it similar to what you did at 01:25:858 (85858|1,86026|1) - or 01:27:206 (87206|1,87375|1) - for example
fixedddd01:33:948 (93948|1,94116|0) - Similar to the above, I would stack them for consistency
fixed too 01:47:936 (107936|0) - I would end this at 01:48:948 - to better accent the jump in sound from there to 01:49:285 -
okii fixed02:16:251 - aaaaaaaaa, why do you seem so scared to vary the patterns here? Serious, there's nothing wrong with making the patterns a little different from each other. You can try stacking some of the notes and using the first beat of each measure without stacks to act as rests, like this
https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/7301487 trying my own patterns :302:18:948 - Similar to the previous diff when I expressed my distaste for stairs, you could try this
https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/7301490 this good , fixed :302:28:386 (148386|1,148723|2) - I'd delete these notes actually, and just keep everything empty during the duration of this LN to help accent the synth
okay fixed 02:40:773 (160773|1,160858|0,160942|1) - 02:41:448 (161448|2,161532|3,161616|2) - I'd try to avoid uncomfortable turns like this. Maybe these would work?
https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/7301501 okay fixed 02:42:206 (162206|0) - For this one, you could just move this to 3 to make a minitrill.
applied02:55:942 (175942|0) - I think it'd play a little easier if you moved this to 2 so it would feel more connected to the notes. Currently, with it being in 1, it's a little harder to hit due to the larger hand movement required
fixeed 03:15:408 (195408|3,195577|0) - I'd control H these to avoid the 1/2 stack at 03:15:240 (195240|3) - which might be a little harder to hit due to it being on the outside of an LN.
fixeed03:31:925 (211925|3) - Move this to 3 to start the stack pattern on the first downbeat of the measure rather than on the second downbeat.
03:33:105 - Similar to what I mentioned in the beginning with the jumptrill, I would use this difficulty to build up to the next, and use a more single note heavy burst, like this
https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/7301529 03:39:257 (219257|2) - I'm not really hearing a note here. I think what you might have interpreted it as is a part of the synth growl at 03:39:172 - ? Idk, I'd just remove the 1/4 note and add a 1/2 LN instead
okay fixed and a bit re-arrange that part [Another Antenna?]
00:11:785 (11785|1,11869|0,11953|1) - I'd try avoiding one handed minitrills like this in the middle of bursts as they're kind of finger twisting and not in a good way lol. Maybe using a two handed trill would be better, like so
https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/7301556 still using stair but re-arranged00:46:757 (46757|2,46925|3) - I'd switch the columns here so that the longer LN is in 4 and the shorter in 3 as I think it's easier to go from weaker fingers to stronger fingers
oki fixed 00:51:953 (51953|0,51953|1) - Tfw can't get your snaps consistent across diffs. Move it up by 1/12. I'd do the same for 00:51:785
fixed =3=(51785|3,51785|2,51869|3,51869|2) - as I mentioned in the last 3 diffs.
fixed00:52:023 - Also, shouldn't you have a note here for the 1/8 synth burst? Going off of that, the burst is kind of boring to play imo, and it's pretty spammable. I'd try to vary it a little, like this
https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/7301577 wah good , fixeed owo)b01:29:060 (89060|2,89228|3,89397|2,89566|3) - I'd recommend switching columns for all of these as it's easier to move from outside -> in with LNs imo. So like this
https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/7301591 okay fixed 01:37:150 - You really love stairs don't you T_T
XD , i end up re-arranging that part and give a trill for the ending01:47:178 (107178|2,107346|2,107515|2) - Kind of an uncomfortable 3 note stack here. I'd try arranging it more like this
https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/7301595 fixed with a bit change02:39:846 (159846|3,159931|3) - I mean, I like the reverse shield and all, but it's literally the only place you've used it this chart so far, so it'd come too much as a surprise for players imo, and would probably lead to quite a few misses as some people might just get tripped up by the LN. I'd try a different arrangement like this
https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/7301606 oki fixed03:06:813 (186813|1,186813|0,186981|0,186981|2,187150|0,187150|3) - I'd try using complementary chord pairs here instead to represent the kick -> clap -> kick pattern, like so
https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/7301616 fixed03:47:431 (227431|3,227515|1) - I'm pretty sure this is just 1/2. I'd use a 1/2 LN to lead into the longer LN at 03:47:599 (227599|0) - instead, cause I only hear a gliss into it, as opposed to two distinct 1/4 notes
re-arranged
