how am I limiting the read pls explain?!
he's clearly anti town from his last few posts.

last few posts. panicking survivalistic townie, limiting me down to "anti town" from my reactionary posts.

At this point I've defended my behind and done myself no justice. Beeboy has tried to stand up for me and hey I respect that so thanks a bunch my man. If I'm lynched and conf townie (:d) I'm hard pushing my town agenda now. Will me making more flimsy claims for myself do anything, no. Me going all out and giving out what I can in whatever amount I can get it benefits town regardless of flow of the vote.

If I am lynched, I am conf townie and I've been pushing town agenda in as big a batch as I can manage and at least town has SOMETHING from me rather than just ending the day and saying "well lol he was awful"

If I am not lynched then town still gets info from me and the day !DOES NOT END! for a while now so there is plenty of time to jump back on me.

I'm going to reread this and see if I messed up my english

jokes aside. Yeah i do remember a few games that it has happened tho there's like only one that i have burned in my mind due to how scum was lynched D1 easily, then we proceeded to fail to lynch the other 2 and scum won >_>

rEdo's criticisms seem accurate, I didn't get any scumreads from him at the start, but his latest posts seem really scummy. He gets a few votes on him, and then he's freaking out, claiming scum is bandwagoning him etc. He doesn't seem to be helping town, and it seems like he's townreading beeboy simply because beeboy was defending him. So, either he's scum, or he's just playing a really bad townie. Even if it's the latter, you can't just ignore scumreads because someone was playing bad.
So, my vote's on Dawnsday, though I don't think there's any point in quick-lynching at the moment. Besides that, I'm annoyed at abraker and jess for not posting much. I'd rather lynch deadweight on policy before going after scumreads.

Anyway, despite what Sakura says, I find Frosting's play unusual. It seems completely irrational to follow a vote from the first post, and then he switched it to Dawn for no apparent reason. Really that just feels like vote-parking and laying low. I'm getting a townread from rEdo, seems he's been pretty aggressive in rooting out scum. Pretty much null from other people.


Pretty sure I was voting beeboy still, but it wasn't a serious vote so it doesn't matter. unvote

I voted Dawnsday because his posts up to my vote on him were all commentary with little analysis and initiative to find scum

I went with the option that had most favorable town outcomes (and even kindly drew up how :p ) I'm concerned that this may be beyond my 00:30 AM reasoning. I ruined my own chances at self defence with my god awful early argumentation and such, I feel like to an experienced player it should be very obvious I am new.

Closest thing I've played to Mafia is Town of Salem (which I have only JUST got back into because of my performance in this game.), Not sure why there is a claim from Frostings that I am potentially faking the "new" card

I would want to hear more from Jess but im 100% sure i cant read her even if she posted more.

Btw i like the data you're piling up, it'll be useful, but it's useless if you don't know how to use it.
Also my initial Dawn read was a reaction test, which was piled together with frosty and bee, after i got nothing from the reaction test the only ones i remained with a townread on were bee and frosty.

I can vouch that indeed abraker is a master of graphs and flowcharts. @Sakura, I'm interested to know why you don't have a scumread on Dawnsday, because so far there's been a lot of red flags, at least in my opinion.

Oh also @abraker, I like your analysis but i'd also like to know your conclusions and stances.
@B1rd: There's a lot of false positives that tend to occur, I'm tired of mislynches happening due to them, you probably havent noticed since most of my playstyle change due to it happened with my Alt in MS, but nowadays i dont really do much of a scumhunt as opposed to a townhunt, and while there's still potential people that could be scum i tend to not pursue something hard.
I mean my last game on there i did that to bee for like half the game and then he flipped town and i got demotivated and got hit by Apathy.

There's always the chance of mislynches, but at the end of the day, you have to press on against the most likely person. What you say is plausible, but frankly, you're still just giving yourself license to hang back and stay out of the line-of-fire while being everyone's friend with town reads. In my experience, being neutral and not trying to seek out scum, especially on D1, isn't townie behaviour.

@rEdo, you mentioned that Sakura is playing different from usual, could you elaborate on this?

He always makes flowcharts. Don't let your guard down against abraker, he's pretty deadly in that he has the same sort of robot-like methodology whether he's town or scum.

But abraker, I would like it if you could redo your posts, I'm not sure what implications you're making, I'm not sure what you mean when you said 'I threw out two posts', nad you're chart is sort of complicated to read.

And that's even if Dawn flips scum.

Dunno why you not being the hammer vote would excempt you from being scum if Dawn flips town, nor why you not pushing it hard would also excempt you when literally almost everyone and their mother is scumreading him.

Alright I slept 14 hours and now I'm having a bath. I will catch up sufficiently when I'm back, I did have a sneak peek and L-Number simply means that Lynch minus number abraker, I know this because I've had a quick dig around mafiascum forums to see what potential other roles are in this game. Me knowing terminology isn't that far fetched.

Alright I'm back and yea I see the flaw here. However hear me out just a sec, Jess has been afk for quite some time, It'd be easier for her to come back, jump the wagon (As I WAS back down to L-2) and claim "yeah i see reasoning here" and just hop back to AFK again. I'm not claiming nulltown because of her read on me, being open to suggestion is quite easily just counter to beeboy's claim of "No opposition d1 lynch lul". I'm claiming her nulltown because of motive.

Yeah do what you will. I'm just going to claim Townie Investigative. There is 2 possible townie investigatives. My survivalism was down to me being TI and having a hunch. Now that my hunch is beyond obvious, yehaj. This one's down to town.

Townie Investigator covers all the roles capable of investigating players at night and gaining info (This term comes from Salem which is again, as I have stated. What i have been playing recently.)

I'm going to flip Townie Tracker, I was going to be on Hika or rEdo n1.

Townie Protective is obviously doctor.

There's hasn't been any unvotes that I can see since the last vote count where Dawnsday was at L-1, so he's is pretty much confirmed lynched at this point.

I'm not sure really, my first post was pretty much a joke, but it seems whenever I joke people make all sorts of wild implication from them.

Talking about implications, I'm sure there are plenty to be made from this lynch, though I guess I'll wait to the next day to theorise. Honestly with this game, trying to figure out the implications of all the posts and possible scenarios just makes my thoughts go off on tangents and get convoluted and confusing.

Now that Jesse answered, I can tell

The first post I threw out is an attempt to move Sakura towards a side by requesting an explanation on why Dawnsday is scum. I got a neutral answer and concluded that Sakura will need to be pressured to vote on D2 whether it will be a bad or good thing to show more contrast. Just giving townreads might be just one side of Sakura 's story.

The second post I threw out is questioning Jesse why Beeboy is townie. Now this is an attack from two sides and I did get the reaction I was expecting but also got something I did not expect. First, like Sakura I pressured Jesse to shift towards a side. Spark some movement. Second, Beeboy appears on most town reads, which is kinda suspicious if you ask me. Finally, and the most intriguing thing, there were people defending that they never read Beeboy as townie which might say something in that regard.

I still need to make sense of the results, but now I got some tasty flavors to work with

I'm also waiting on a response from rEdo about Sakura, and I'm waiting for Sakura to respond to a post in which I implicated her, which she seemed not to bother to respond to for some reason. Also Hika, maybe you can elaborate on how she is acting different from usual this game.

For some reason rEdo hasn't been on for 45 hours, I assume rEdo has RL stuff but that's still pretty poor form. And about jess, that's a bit of headache... I think we can deal with that next the next day.
