Thanks a lot, applied things and updated the set!Haruto wrote:
oh its bubbled already but nevermind, i'll just point out some concerns on the insane o:
The song should be mapped in double bpm way imo ;o it fits a lot if you mapped it on double bpm way, putting 1/4 jumps with fast slider I know it could work as double BPM, bit that's something I myself hate to do and try to avoid at all costs, at least for this song. I'd rather have low BPM streams as a part of the challenge
[General][Insane]
- Is Epilepsy warning really needed? 02:05:687 - i dont think the strobes here isn't that "fast" or quick. also, just some little concern about that part, why snow flake when the song is a halloween themed song? That doesn't fit at all imo o: I am not sure myself, the light turns on kinda quickly, so we assumed we add the warning for safety purposes. I always tend to be a bit too cautious when it comes to flashes. // the thing never intended to be "snow", but mor eof a sparkling-thingy, so I made them red instead to fit better with the mood/theme
Here's the Replay file in-case if you want to analyze something from my testplay : http://haruto.s-ul.eu/i7uV8p2n[]
- 00:15:062 - I Have a little problem and a concern on this stream. The harsh movement on 00:15:413 (4,1) - and 00:15:882 (4,1) - literally didnt give any good flow to me. altho the stream there is to represent the song's synth. it sounds like "going straight ahead" just like the stream you are making, but the point is that 00:15:413 (4,1) - and 00:15:882 (4,1) - yeah, pretty sure reducing the jumpstream there would help a lot on the cursor movement. Also, you could put a NC 00:15:530 (5) - here, 00:15:999 (1) - and here for the jumpstream o: I did nerf the spacing, but I am not adding any NCs as this goes against the whole idea behind the comboing of the difficulty that does not support any NCs except the ones that are required by the song
- 00:25:843 (4) - Remove clap on the tail? so claps will only appear on the white tick It's never meant to be here on the first place, nice catch!
- 00:29:124 (1) - NC too? but the suggestion goes against the rhythm based comboing based on non-doubled BPM beat
- 00:30:062 - to be honest, you can do an improvement with the stream's curve here o: (00:30:062 (1,2,3,4) - ) you're most liekly to be not okay with this, but I've considered both ways and decided that making a symmetrical one is more important than blanketing things. besides, the overlap isn't really noticeable, so I think it can work the way it is
- 00:44:710 (1,2) - etc... i dont recommend you to start sliders on 1/4 tick ;c it fits but, feels weird to click :s the triplet-like thingy here sounds really strong, so I use sliders at first and then introduce triplets. It might feel a bit tricky, but I tried to shift polarity as softly as possible and make things readable even in terms of appearance.
- 00:46:937 (1,2) - could you put an emphasize here? a little is okay to make sure everyone would'nt misread 00:47:405 (2,3,4) - and click it earlier. the spacing went higher as we got to (1) and then dropped suddenly. this, mixed with the NC and low approach time for the objects should make things slightly more playable than a stack or any other form of low-DS emphasis I can think of
- 01:02:288 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - is the stack here intentional? o: shouldn't they be stacked in a manual or perfect way? I'm a huge fan of these stacks, I don't know why, but they just feel better than the ones osu! does
- 01:28:655 (2,3,4) - just some little concerns too. im not sure about how 01:28:655 (2,3) - this flow. My Suggestion would be, 01:29:124 (3,4) - ctrl+g this so it'll flows much better c: oh and, nazi stuff, 01:26:780 (2,1) - this isn't stacked properly xD tested the cross thing on two maps and decided that the way it is now works better in terms of keeping players entrained and matching the music. I intend to get this harsh movement here. obviously, the stack thing got fixed, though!
- 01:38:851 (6,7,8,9,1) - mann, can you put another pattern here ;c triangle zigzag pattern in double bpm are hard to click/move imo ;c kind of an oberkill, yeah
- 01:46:585 (8,9,10) - you may want to space this up more so there won't be a sudden movement from 01:46:702 (9,10,1) - (9)>(10)>(1)>(2). you could see that i have a problem here based on my replay but the music changes here and there isn't much I can do about this pattern. I increased the readability by making the shift of the DS more readable.
- 01:48:812 (1,1,1,1) - yes, this kind of wiggle is still acceptable but, i highly recommend you re-shape these sliders into something that looks more simplier
but the music is pretty heavy, so strongly compressed sliders make more sense- 01:52:210 (8,9,10) - same concerns like 01:46:585 (8,9,10) - yep, tried to fix it as well
- 01:55:022 (4,5,6) - as you can see on my testplay, i have some little problem here xD. definetly because how (4)>(5)>(6) edgy movement lul yep, tried to fix that.
- 02:00:530 (5) - NC? no, same reason as the one I've mentioned begore
- 02:28:187 (1,2,3,4) - hmm, i have a little flow suggestion here. try ctrl+g 02:28:187 (1) -, 02:28:655 (2,3) - ctrl+g this then ctrl+g 02:28:655 (2) - and see how it'll work with 02:31:937 (1,2,3,4) - . in case if you dont understand what i mean, poke me in game it's another cross that I want to be done in somewhat harsh way, I know it doesn't flow as softly and naturally as the ctrl+G'd one would, but I'm not going for soft flow here
Actually, Its a Fun diff to Play even tho there's a lot of edgy pattern but im sure they works well enough~
Thats all, Sorry if it didnt help you or you didnt understand my explaination, you can poke me anytime c:. Good luck on rank! wish me luck on the BN evaluation and wish i can be in the group^^ i definetly want to be the first who rank this lool
