It's much better than first one, but it's still hard. Actually these patterns are pretty good but BPM is too high... (Mapping song with high BPM is quite hard.)

ignore's Taiko
Difficulty is ok, but I think this one has too many d k d k d k d k and k d k d k d k d, and I don't like stream of the big notes in the end cause it is very hard to get full score with that.

31's Taiko
Pattern is nice, but you need to made it simpler than now. I think 1/3 is too much for this high BPM.

Verdi's Taiko
Too high note density. Seriously, can you find someone can FC this?

If I choose one, I'll choose 31's Taiko (though it need to be fixed.)

~My suggestions for improvement~
- Consider about the BPM of the song while mapping.
The BPM is 240, which is higher than most of other songs
A 1/2 note with BPM of 240 = a 1/4 note with BPM of 120, and
A 1/4 note with BPM of 240 = a 1/8 note with BPM of 120 !
Therefore i strongly recommend to use less 1/4, otherwise the map may become too difficult



[DJPop's Taiko]

- I like the patterns from 00:59:030~02:03:030, where the density is lower than others~


~My suggestions for improvement~
-Consider about the BPM, it is still a bit too difficult to have consecutive 1/2 + 1/4 streams ( eg: 02:19:030~02:25:030 )
-00:30:530 (5~8) idk if this is my problem or what, i find this pattern confusing. But i'm not sure if it is acceptable for other players

I object! Until I get to look at them all, witch i'm doing right now.

EDIT: Ok after playing them all it's obvious Ignore's should be added, it's mapped very solid for this song. (Not a huge amount of 1/4 beats, but more of a solid rhythm) Just a few things about ignore's diff. After every slider the note after it is to close (The note and the end of the slider need to be at least 1 measure apart) Other than that it's fine. :3

Although that argument at the first post is a bit poor though... they like it because it's the easiest? WTF is up with that.

...none of the remaining Taiko difficulties follow a simple Taiko rule:

Slider velocity must be 1.4
Since DJPop's is closest I'll give that a point for now. Going to look at chart now.

EDIT2: Verdi's version has like, poor note choice. Definitely not taking that one. 3/10

EDIT3: I give an 8/10 for DJPop's.

EDIT4: 5/10 for 31's.

EDIT5: 7/10 for ignore's.

It's sad actually, I can see different parts from the different sets that would work well if you combine them all. May I take the trouble and make a difficulty based on the patterns that I've liked within all the difficulties?

@Zekira - You know, this song has high BPM, and putting hard patterns can make evil map and seems players don't like it.
And I know 'the easiest is always the best' is wrong, but with this BPM, mapper can easily make evil map and that's not good. I know you are one of the best player but you should think about others like me. (Ok, actually I couldn't pass none of them because the keyboard sucks and BPM is too high.)
Just don't make that one too evil. I'm quite worried about that.

And currrently ignore's Taiko got most supporters. Only two (Yeah, that's you and me.) voted other ones. Maybe you should consider that?

I'm rating from both perspectives here actually

I felt that ignore's Taiko was undermapped a bit

Verdi's was horrendously overmapped

DJPop's is well balanced, but it has some parts that I wish was overmapped a bit (it fits the song and doens't feel out of place, unlike Verdi's)

31's also sports some good points, but it isn't as intuitive as DJPop's

To be fair I can't pass any of these without using my keyboard at home except ignore's. When using my keyboard, I can barely pass Verdi's though (if I don't ragequit before that due to random note placement)

Well here's the compilation of the best patterns from all difficulties that I just pulled together

All I added was that random note in the end for FC breaking

Suggestion DJPop: 6x is too low, make it something like 8x or 16x

EDIT: lepido, not to be bragging, but don't you think your opinion on Taiko maps is usually going to be stronger than the opinion of other players? I mean, you're a Taiko mapper and you have a high level of Taiko sense. I speak from that Taiko sense, and I know that you did too.

This song is just asking for something insane, something that can rival the difficulty of Ryougen no Mai. It's just the song's nature. The only problem remaining is to not overmap it.

Solution = Just don't add a taiko since this song is obviously to retarded to map. (It's a good song just in mapping sense it's terrible)

crow's ctb: i think this diff cannot catch the whole song..like darksoul says..when i think the place will be hard, it is easy...but the seems easy part contains losts of red fruit= =
kana's ctb:the whole diff is great~XD but only one problem..i don't like the way using red fruit..it makes it almost like tag map. it is not good for a normal map contains the jump like tag map~~XD

Personally I think all the CTB diffs are completely unplayable with those custom beats. You shouldn't be able to see through the beats. It makes the notes blend so much with the background, it's ridiculous to play.

(Pass all difficult if I can for three times and choose the best one)
