00:55:906 (1,2) - If you compare that jump and the ones on 00:56:558 (2,3,4) - you will notice that they are almost the same, and for the sake of the kind of the difficulty you are mapping, this makes it quite counter-intuitive. Maybe the transition from (3,4) is a bit more "obvious", but still... you should look into that.
00:57:047 (3) - Clap on tail intended? I can't hear anything there.
01:11:232 (10) - There's no clap there, but there's a clap 01:16:449 (9) - ... sooo which one are you going to put?
01:11:069 (9,10,11) - Could be nerfed, imo, no need for such spacing. There's nothing in the music to emphasise that much, especially the transition from (11,1), if you analyze the following patterns you will see how the flow and spacing differ so much.

Yuii-, to avoid soundcard issues, we judge hitsounds according the file length, not the audible length, so it's fine.

mp3 quality is insufficient. Respectively, though it says it is 192kbps, it's quality is less than that - that uselessly increases filesize. Its quality is less than 128kbps in real (a little bit, but this doesn't allow you to take bad quality and encode it to higher. For comparison, you may want to take a look at this:

See it caps frequencies on higher level? Re-encoding lossy source is also thing that does have effect on quality. For reference, you may check ziin's guide on how to know whether mp3 is good or bad. In that case, You'd need to see lossless quality of the song:

But, well, that's just an explanation, I want it to be clear to everyone instead of someone shouting: "Omg it was 192kbps, are you serious ;_;". You should use this mp3, which solves this problem pretty easily. (Offset change to -1529, respectively to 1079 as explained below)
Well... about the offset. Most of time, negative offset is wrong. And this is also the case. Downbeat is never out of song, the very first downbeat is on 1079 and that should also be offset. (I consider you changed the mp3 as explained above). First three drums are just anacrusis:

It was also explained on osu! many times, unless you need to change SV of anacrusis notes, it's just garbage to keep the offset negative. Just put it on first downbeat.
I don't want to explain this much, but most people don't know what are they doing when encoding and they do just "click this, change bitrate, yay" method, without realizing how does it work. Defaultly, x264/H.264 is supposed to render for strong machines and most likely, is set up for a blu-ray release. There are certain functions (CABAC, Deblocking filter), which are completely useless for anything that's not BD. I won't explain function in depth, it would take a very long time to explain how these two work in-depth and would probably require 1 A4 for each. If I am really simple, these are used to reduce filesize by removing some frames that are similar and just writing an instruction on how to build them - so basically in normal method, the graphics card just takes frames from file and shows them one by one. However these filters omit some frames so the graphics card does have to load basic frame and then calculate changes to the certain image to render other frames. tl;dr it's completely useless for PC users and just causes graphics card to load a lot. If possible, replace the current video with this one, it does have even a slightly better quality, but that doesn't matter that much as previous issue. I'll maybe make a whole post about why it is inappropriate for osu!. You video does also have a little render bug on start. New video offset should be -745
Change the gray combo for another color or darker gray. It blends pretty much in the white part of video.
Following suggestions use updated offset!

00:49:340 (1) - Regarding your combo pattern, this one is inconsistent and is not used on anything special to be broken. It's just regular musical pattern, nothing like 01:04:992 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4) - this was cool, but previous didn't make sense with the song.

00:07:927 (4) - This slider omits quite important snare on 00:08:252 - and respectively is only ignored snare in whole map, which is really insensible. Please, make 00:08:252 - clickable as it is definitely more important than soft bass with kick on 00:07:926 - and very quiet guitar with voice on 00:08:578 - . Best solution would probably be this:

New Combos are really variable and inconsistent. Moreover, considering it is normal, there shouldn't be anything like 8 long combo or something, HP retrieval is really terrifying on such long combos, especially on low diffs, apart from that, you sometimes used shorter combos in kiai - these were basically what you should go for in the whole map. If possible, use NC each 1 measure instead of 2.
00:21:948 - Useless inherited point, no change was done in comparison with previous point.

00:44:122 (1,1) - I noticed all other 1/2 gaps had 1.0x spacing, just this one does have 0.66.x, respectively this is only one spacing change and I think this is a very big change in comparison with other patters like this. Rhythmically it doesn't even make sense to decrease spacing, when song gets stronger here.

everything fixed in my part except negative offset, i understand your meaning but i use negative offset for avoiding a bug that sometimes all timing points and inherited points deviate from ticks for 1-2ms and cant be repaired, so, i only want to keep this.

Well, I rechecked the map, and there are still 2 things that bother me. I provided offset for video, which was not used and thus is not sync with original ending. I checked offset I provided in 25% speed, this one is significantly more off. Please use the one provided above. Also the grey color is still blending with white color in video. Call me for bubble when fixed.

the offset you provided is used for the video you provided in your mod post, but i.already told you i couldnt update with that video so i asked you provide a new one with a smaller size, then i used it, set a new video offset which i thought was right. I cant believe myself now so could you provide a offset which is right?
about combo color, i already made it darker and it has no problem in my opinion, so could you provide a proper combo color as well if possible?

We fixed video offset, combo color to not blend on default skin, removed pattern that would need to have too difficult rhythm, we also found out that offset does not cause bug anymore, so it does not have to be negative and does finally have corrected anacrusis. Seems fine.
