Ok, i have modded one of your diffs, i hope it helps!

Hard
Things that generally need fixing:
You should usually leave the Distance Spacing at 1.0x, not 1.1x
The approach rate could be 7 instead of 6


00:03:790 This and this 00:12:928 slider seems a bit too scrunched up for no reason, try to make it look like the slider at 00:03:273 . Instead of making a new slider every time, a smarter way to create aslider would be to copy your choice of one original slider, and paste it whenever you want it, and rotate it if needed. This will give the map a cleaner feel and better flow.

00:38:790 The slider here has a bad placement and doesn't fit with the slider below it, maybe change it's shape or rotate it to another angle?

01:21:721 This hitcircle would be pretty unexpected to anyone trying to play this diff, it should be placed somewhere visible

01:39:566 This hitcircle triplet seems out of place of the beat or melody, so removing this would make the map read better

01:46:721 Maybe adding a hitcircle here would keep the flow of the map going, instead of an out of place empty gap

01:45:859 Putting a hitcircle here too would play better too.

02:00:170 All the breaks after this point, i would recommend filling them up as the song still has a beat going, there are too many breaks and you need to fill up the beatmap somehow.

02:09:135 This hitcircle looks a bit too cramped between both those sliders

02:09:825 This hitcircle should not be covered by a slider.

Just remember whatever modders say you should do you don't always have to, they are just recommendations and are entirely up to you.
But sometimes you'll get bad mods, so if you want an idea of who a good modder is, just go to their profile and see how many years they have been playing osu! Or if they have a high level, and how many posts they have made can be a variable too lol, but using a modder's rank usually isn't a good idea because rank goes up really easily, but playing skill takes longer to recede.

I might mod another diff in the near future, and hopefully you get that insane diff done soon :D

I did lots of careless mistakes and your recommendations are really useful
hard looks way better than before and I kinda have to remake easy and normal :)

General problems:
The clap hitsounds throughout the map need to be used only for the song's beat.


00:02:583 This circle doesn't have the right distance spacing, just move it around and it will adjust itself closer to those sliders.

The clap hitsounds throughout the whole map are a bit too sporadic, and you have to make sure that hitsounds generally stay within the melody and beat if you want your map ranked.
At the start of the map there are lots of clap hitsounds, but there shouldn't really be any until the beat starts. You should only really be putting a clap on each of the loud 'Boosh' sounding beats in the song. Whistles are what you want to use if you want to put emphasis on any other note. Also, not having a pattern with your hitsounds can confuse people and they might have trouble keeping to the beat of the song. (I hope this makes sense!)

01:07:928 You should remove this hitcircle to let people have a second to recover from that spinner, and removing the hitcircle will match the beat of the song better, or you could put the hitcircle on the slider at 01:08:101

From 01:24:307 to 01:29:825 should be mapped if kiai time is still going, kiai time is used for the chorus of a song, or a more intense/hard part of a song. So putting a break inbetween kiai time is a bad idea, especially on an insane difficulty. And not to mention people love playing the chorus of a song :D
Another option would be to stop kiai time here 01:24:307 and then start it again at 01:30:170, but the above suggestion would be better.

Ok, there we go! That's all the problems i could spot for now.
