What a strange hitsound placement... but it is okay considering Easy's beat placement. XD
00:47:880 (1) - I can kinda see what you are doing with Easy (easiest way of mapping easy is to map beat by beat...)... but this slider simply doesn't fit. I think it has to be mapped to the singing... so, move this slider 1/2 forward, repeat one less and then map an additional beat 00:49:320

Technically, nothing wrong... but I find the beat placement a little repetitive (especially for the verse), which, I supposed, is an expected thing considering the nature of the song. Or maybe it is just because I know I wouldn't have mapped the song like that. XD XD

... I think I still find the hitsounds designed haphazardly. Like, why are there so many strange whistles?
This song is suitable for whistles, but I think that is too many whistles in one go. XD
00:04:920 (4,1,2,3,4,5) - Considering how many beats you have later on in the song, I really won't used that many beats just for the opening sequence. It sets up for repetitiveness to the player (e.g what, this again?).
01:27:480 (3) - Don't really agree with the slowdown slider either. :/

For the intro of the song, same thing as hard. You are using the same mapping techniques for two very different part of the songs.
Same problems with hitsounds, too many whistles in strange places, I think. XD XD
Also, still don't find myself agreeing with the final slowdown slider.

Strange spinner circle... can't you find something that covers the entire circle?
ztrot's Link has a completely mapped spinner circle (a good one, unlike the one from my skin, hahaha), so maybe you can ask for his permission to use it? In addition to that, why don't you skin the slider ball as well? You already got a slider follow circle for it.
Anyway, as your first map, it's good. But you can definitely do a lot of improvement. Right now, your mapping style seems to be consisting of mapping every single possible beat in the song (1/2 beats in hard, full beats in easy). Throw some variation in the mix. There is a lot of things going on in this song, but you don't necessarily have to map every single thing. If you want to figure out something "nice" from this song, KIA's difficulty is a nice way to learn a few things from (hitsound patterns, variations, streams, non-linear design, etc.). Oh yeah, in regards to the difficulty spread... I personally don't really mind since there IS a normal... but that normal could definitely be toned down if possible.
