1. Spread: we fixed the spread of hard and extream, the double-taps in hard diff themselves are not that easy, so the gap is far smaller than the star it shows. And the normal is about 1.1 stars from hard, it's a fine spread.

SPECIAL:00:15:963 (5,6) - for this level of players, they could regard it as single taps, and the drum is really heavy and strong, using slider to emphasize them makes sense and what is the most important, fits the music.
3. If you care about SPECIAL:01:13:847 (1) - this kind of stuff, and auto cannot get SS on it, it's a well-known bug and won't affect the playability of the part. In fact, when going into the hardest part, the kiai, we need this kind of things to let the HP grow back, this is a way to make it easier and more playable.
