On the biginner, easy, normal diff you changed the SV. Considering the low BPM I don't think it's something bad but it could surprise a new player...

  1. 00:51:705 (2) - I undrstand your idea to map beat only, but I think you're missing something important in the vocal here (also a new player will usually pay more attention to the vocal). Also I suggest you to reduce the slider by 1 tick (1/2) and add a reverse. (http://puu.sh/cSbV3/feb3023c87.jpg If you do something like this, it won't change your next pattern).
  2. 01:25:950 (2) - I would rotate by -30 to be constant between 01:23:686 (2) - this slider and this one 01:24:818 (1)
  3. 01:27:082 (1) - that's also just a detail but why not putting this note around x368 y284 to sustain previous pattern? OR x256 y148 to give more importance on this note by placing it in the middle of the screen. The way you did is obviously ok, but ... I think you could improve the placement of this last note. Cause it looks a bit random the way it is.

  1. 00:16:045 (3) - That's really tricky. I would add a note here 00:15:761 to follow vocal as well (which is pretty strong here), I think the impact of the slider would be the same anyway.
    It's fine after it. I'm a bit skeptical with those sliders 01:09:252 (2) - But I like the feel, so... why not.

  1. 00:38:403 - I think adding a note here would be nice actually n.n The vocal is pretty strong and we can clearly hear the music (even though it's not as strong as the incoming slider..)

    Well, I've followed the "drums" here and I felt like the Vocals here are to soft due to these drums missing so the 1/1 Gap builds a bit of a suspense to to the next Circle which is intuitive for me. Therefore keeping it for now!

Add Sido to tags, as he is a guest rapper to the more well known version of the song.


The hitsound samples are really quiet, When I played I though it was not completly hitsounded because all I heard was soft-hitnormal and a quite soft-hitclap (AKA normal-hitnormal)
Right now they get drowned out to the song and soft-hitnormal and that's kinda a pity because the hitsounds works well hitsounded otherwise.
As all of them are just quieter versions of the normal hitsounds you don't really need them anyways.
...If you don't wanna do that that please create a more quiet soft-hitnormal instead.


I noticed that the last 2 difficulties start with a spinner while the easier ones doesn't have one at all. I suggest you add a spinner there on those difficulties too so there can be score differences on the easier difficulties.

[Hard]
The stack leniency is waaay too low, right now 1/2 stack with each other (I wish that low stack latency wasn't allowed as a rune instead of being a guideline imo...)
00:57:507 (6) - If you move that circle here http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/2263217 It will look more like it's following the path of the sliders.
00:58:214 (2) - Please move this 3 grids (level 4) to the left so it looks more like it follows the slider before it.
00:59:771 (6,1) - This overlap looks pretty ugly tbh I would like it if you move (6) to somewhere where it doesn't overlap.

[Insane]
For a calm song like this I feel that AR8 is far more fitting.

01:16:469 (3,5) - I suggest you have these sliders at slightly different position so (5) isn't as hidden.

But the problem is the following: In Beginner, I'd need a 4/1-gap after the spinner. That would result in a 4/1-spinner (which is really short for following a fade-in like that) and a 4/1-gap, which also doesn't make much sense with what I am following with that spinner. About the scores - After all, I think it's not as important for lower diffs as for higher diffs, since pro players have more of that competetion, while newbies mostly don't play a map until they SS it, and if they do, they won't have a high rank on that map anyways, due to DT+HD+HR+FL farmers (and I don't care about those at all).

[Insane]
For a calm song like this I feel that AR8 is far more fitting. The map feels rather dynamic due to the high SV + big 1/4-spacings, so I think it plays not that well with AR8 or AR8.5

01:16:469 (3,5) - I suggest you have these sliders at slightly different position so (5) isn't as hidden. I think those are fine. They are 3/2 apart, so the previous slider is not visible anymore when the second one appears. Also, I think it's intuitive, because the pattern is symmetric like all the similar patterns in this section, so the hidden slider can just be where it is atm.

I finished the introduction, let's continue the serious mod. Because you'll tell me that 80% of my suggestions are bullstuff i'll just try to find as much as possible so you got something to change. Aren't I awesome? Also I write in english because I like to. Maybe I'll change into german while i mod but you won't care anyway, right? As long as you get your sp and stuff *cries*

  1. I think you should do a bit more of hitsounding here. You only hitsound the drums but there's a lot more going on and you should show that with your stuff. Maybe try to put a hitsound when there's a strings emphasize. (You could use a soft slidertick custom hitsound to match it with the parts when unable to put another hitsound than this, if you know what I mean, like here: 00:10:384 - ) It would be much more interesting than that boring "I ONLY HITSOUND THE DRUMS"-thing, that's going on there atm.

  5. 01:08:403 (6) - I would add a hitfinish at this point and at all the other "Au revoirs". There's an emphasize on this au and you should show that. You know. it's like bamm push pssss for au revoir. !
  6. 00:42:931 (5) -00:43:356 (6) -00:43:497 (7) - 00:43:922 (8) - 00:44:063 (1) - and add some kind of soft whistle here. or a normal whistle. but it feels like there should be a hitsound. ? this way you get the feeling of 1/3 or shuffle-beat or whatever. but those hitsounds sound better than yours. trust me. or just listen to them. maybe i am wrong. I am not the hitsound-police.

  1. I think you should do a bit more of hitsounding here. You only hitsound the drums but there's a lot more going on and you should show that with your stuff. Maybe try to put a hitsound when there's a strings emphasize. (You could use a soft slidertick custom hitsound to match it with the parts when unable to put another hitsound than this, if you know what I mean, like here: 00:10:384 - ) It would be much more interesting than that boring "I ONLY HITSOUND THE DRUMS"-thing, that's going on there atm.

* 00:50:856 (1) - (Mao) Add whistle with the finish?
* 00:56:233 (3) - I think you forgot a whistle here, you do have at 00:53:969 (3) - and similar patterns.
* 00:58:497 (3) - (Mao) I think a whistle is more appropiate here. There's a bass sound at the end, and I think a clap is too loud.
* 00:58:922 (4) - Maybe add a clap or normal hitsound here. There's is an extra sound here, but it's not really that loud.
* 01:04:016 (7) - I'd remove the clap here on the blue tick. There's no extra drum sound in the song itself it could go with, and this part is really different than 00:50:290 (1,2) - .

You could just remove the whistle in your diff to fix it, or just add them at all finishes.

* 00:12:931 (2) - 00:16:611 (6) - Very small issue, but move these just a little bit away to have something like 1.56x? Because you keep the DS 1.6 for 1/4 rhythms in the whole diff.
* 00:24:252 (2) - Move upward for flow?
* 00:34:158 (5) - Try turning this slider into two circles, so the clap is actually clickable.
* 00:59:346 (6,7,1) - Keep the DS 1.3? Dunno why you changed to 1.4 here o_o

You might also want to delete claps such as 00:12:365 (3)­'s reverse, 00:19:158 (1)­'s and so on. Why? I noticed that there always is a note on every fourth white line, and that's where a clap occurs as well, but it doesn't really happen to every second white line. That's what makes me think that these claps are somewhat overused (especially when you transition from longer sliders to shorter ones).

I personally like this one a lot and I don't really see the issue here, going to fix if somebody else wants me to do so. Fixed the others though (even though the stacks always went back like they used to be :/)

  1. Fixed Slider with wrong Sampleset in Beginner difficulty.
  2. Fixed Title, as confirmed with Lanturn, to "Au revoir feat. Sido". You can find confimation on this official website: http://www.fourmusic.com/kuenstler/mark-forster/
  3. Removed "Sido" from tags since it's in the title now.
  4. Applied pishifat's modified mp3 where the high-pitched instrument starting at 01:08:969 is on 1/4-ticks!
